The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, they were accomodating for all our requests, kept our rooms clean at all times and respected our privacy and even went out of their way to help me plan a surprise for my girlfriend

The whole experience was different and enjoyable. It was a lot of fun, especially traveling to and from the city by scooter. All the employees were kind and warm. If I stay in Ubud again, I would like to stay again.
