As a family with teenagers we loved this property as everyone had their own villa and bathroom, 2 villas right next to the pool. The beds are large and so comfortable. The mornings were so relaxing waking up to all the birds, squirrels and nature. The staff are excellent, super friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The villa is down a short alley off Bisma Jalan, which is one of Ubud’s main streets but less busy. There is everything on Bisma street - best massage, fine dining, rice field warungs, boutique clothing, yoga, meditation, jewellery classes and more. We stayed for 10 days and loved it!

It is very peaceful and away from the noise, whilst being close to the main area.

The pathway in is very bumpy and not so good for you suitcase wheels.

Good breakfast. Nice and quiet.

I liked the outlook and surrounds at this property. It was very natural and serene, The pool was lovely. Comfy beds. I liked that the host gave us a heads up about the possibility of monkeys coming on to the property and what to do if that happened. Some absolutely lovely restaurants and shops close by. Also 2 water dispensers were supplied as well as a lot of insect sprays etc.

Stairs... Stairs... Stairs... Way too many steep slippery stairs without rails. This place would not be good for most people. I would recommend only physically fit non drinkers, non elderly and families without young children. A lot of room for injuries at every turn. And we were a group of 6 adults between 18 and 50 and I was worried someone was going to get hurt. It was a lovely place but definitely would pass on going back. Also had someone there most of the time but they did not seem to be there to assist, it was quite strange, they just sort of hung about most of the time.
