The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast that comes with the villa is also delicious to start your day with!
The kitchen living room is open and full of bugs and ants. You can’t leave anything outside because it will be eaten by them in 2 minutes, which is inconvenient considering that you cook in the kitchen and eat in the living room. We were constantly taking the ants and bugs off our food. If you want to work from the villa it’s also not a good place to stay because you don’t have any other option but doing it from the room, from which there’s no enough light (literally no light) so we had to go to different coffee shops every day.

20 minute walk to central Ubud, good sized villa and pool, the warung next door had good food and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice.
The building has seen better days, lots of maintenance needed, included items on booking.com had to be requested such as a drying rack in the wet season, toilet roll, flat sheets for the beds. Soap, shampoo and conditioner weren't provided. Bedside lights had broken plugs, lightbulbs weren't working and not replaced when we asked, doors were questionable and difficult to lock, the kitchen was basic/functional at best. The beds creaked like you were going for a horizontal jog when you sat on them 🤣🤣🤣
