Amazing!!

Perfect central location, staff were wonderful, super easy booking and check in. Rooms were clean and the private pool was amazing! Property was off the road so private and quiet. We had a wonderful safe and will definitely book again. Thank you!

Good location but access difficult both with steps and visibility

Location quite good with restaurants close by. Good value but because of access issues would not recommend if you have ANY mobility issues or a lot of bags

We had the entire property with four room and two of them were up a VERY steep flight of stairs. The property is very hard to find and very difficult to get in and out of you are walking through other peoples dwellings and there are a few high steps. THe entrance is almost invisible and a couple of times was virtually blocked by motorbikes. Lots of things did not work in rooms when we arrived and although they got sorted out it was inconvenient. Did not like that there was no lock for the gate to the property and a couple of times staff appeared late at night to do something.

We left. It is only getting a 1 rating as I cannot go any lower.

Location

The owner was not available. The pool and compound was cleaned at 6am! There was a strange man in our compound all the time - not private like advised! The pool was freezing, the bed so uncomfortable we didn't stay, the bathroom is more of a wet room so ensure that you have used the WC before someone showers! Wifi the worst I've ever had in Bali and no outdoor sitting area where we could share space with our friend's from another room. World wide it has to be the worst place I have ever stayed in for the cost. A backpacker experience would have been better.

The location is perfect to be able to walk around Ubud. It was safe and secure and the communication was seamless.

The location was perfect in town yet still somehow quiet from the traffic. It was set back and felt secure. A private pool and gated meant we had privacy

It was quite basic and the bathrooms could have done with a bit of updating but it didn’t impact the usability

We were well looked after and we enjoyed the location and set up.

The staff were extremely welcoming and very attentive. The facilities were clean and upkept and the location was very central.

There wasn’t really a reception so it was a bit concerning to walk into because we didn’t know who to see or where to go, but we were greeted very quickly so it wasn’t really an issue

우붓왕궁 바로옆이고 행사가 열리는 곳이라 바로 앞에서 행사도 직관! 빈탄마켓과 몽키포레스트는 걸어갈수는 있으나 좀 거리감이 있어서 그랩을 이용하는것이 좋을듯!

물가가 주변이 좀 높음. 단 건물안쪽에 있는 상점들은 길가의 상점보다 20%정도 저렴하거나 훌륭함!
