Really lovely villa with a great pool

Lovely villa, great pool, the kids enjoyed having a pool table as well! The staff were really nice 😊 Very handy having the little supermarket next door.

We liked everything, the only thing I’d mention is that there are quite a lot of stairs, which was fine for us, but might not suit someone with mobility issues 😊

I wouldn’t recommend this place for the price

Staffs were friendly and responsive

Property is run down and not maintained well. Location is not ideal and a lot of bugs and mosquitoes around. We saw aedes mosquitoes so dangerous for children. Villa is quite dirty, basic amenities for the price we paid. Breakfast is too basic, kitchen electronics not working well and dirty.

Average stay, could have been better.

Appreciated the complimentary refrigerated water gallons as need be. Attending staff were helpful, available and attentive to any requests. Liked the proximity of the Villa to the main road for lunch/dining out every night.

Breakfast was too basic, same blend, limited options every day. Internet unreliable. Three power failures in 5 days. Putting too many electrical devices at the same time (kettle, toaster, microwave) made the fuse switch off. Electrical system is way to weak. No candles/matches options available. Lucky brought own torch! No mosquito coils provided. Main living area way too hot/humid with only on weak little ceiling fan for this whole room. Had to ask for an extra pedestal fan to cope with the heat while dining at the table. A wall clock is needed in the kitchen area.

The only I would recommend are investing some money on new fixtures like maybe door handles, also maybe some new plug sockets as they were a little worn and loose but definitely add some usb plug sockets for charging phones etc

Private pool and large and spacious rooms. The filtered water cooler was great. It saved on all those plastic bottles. The morning visit by the monkeys was entertaining.

Enjoyable!

Staff were very helpful and responsive! They were always contactable and stayed outside tje resort. Felt like we had our own security guards. Location was really good, near the main road in Ubud yet in a quieter street with good spa and decent coffee. We read the reviews about mosquitoes and brought a mozzie coil. That solved the issue. Breakfast tasted good (fruits, toast and an option of eggs/pancakes)

Excellent location - walking distance to shops/bars/restaurants/monkey forest. The monkeys strolling through was a bonus! Big comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Good points: *Great position close to excellent restaurants and shopping on Jl. Monkey Forest. *Very clean amenities and great upkeep by the vigilant staff. *Bright open living space with the private pool just outside. *Morning visits by the local monkeys, even if they did make a mess! Not so good points: *While the beds were comfortable, the pillows weren't and there wasn't any spare pillows or blankets in the villa. *Limited breakfast options made it a bit boring when staying a week. *Parts of the villa need repairs, but overall, it was functional

The location is good. Walkable to the city and many shops and restaurants nearby. There's one spa less than 100m away.

Cleanliness could be improved. Very low water pressure in the shower and unstable hot shower. It will go cold and hot when you shower. Breakfast can be improved.

Very impressive villa. Certainly had the wow factor. Rooms huge. Storage plentiful. Bed and linen really comfortable. Pool and roof terrace really wonderful. Location good. Staff super attentive. Breakfast delivered was very nice.

Reception area not attractive and not signposted well from main road. Our taxis could not find us. Shower fitting in 2nd bedroom broken, hair clogging plug in master bedroom shower. No knives. All sorted in double quick time by the team.
