Villa Nya Ubud

Der Pool ist sehr schön. Die offenen Duschen waren sehr lässig, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist optimal, man kann innerhalb von Ubud alles zu Fuß erreichen. Zum Monkey Forest sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Weyan ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das untere Zimmer war nachts zu laut, da man Straßenlärm hört. Das Frühstück war ok, aber etwas einfach. Man hört den Hahn ab 3:30 Uhr nachts und die Frösche. Das Zimmer mit den Schiebetüren ist nicht dicht, es können Mosquitos reinkommen, obwohl wir wenige hatten.

The location is great, its a few streets back from the busy central area of Ubud (all withing walking distance) so it has great access to everything without the noise and bustle. Lots of eating options and shops close by, coming and going was very easy. The size of the Villa and the pool is great, its a really nice space, our family really enjoyed the pool. For how busy Ubud is, the vibe felt quite relaxed.

The property doesn't look quite as crisp as the photos. Some maintenance is needed, doors have dropped and rub, all plumbing fixtures were loose. Kitchen needs more glasses and mugs/cutlery. Privacy was an issue, we received too many visitors in the villa each morning, breakfast is delivered (which is lovely) typically by the property manager, who is very chatty, followed by the gardener and the land owner with her blessings. We got really caught out the first morning and didn't have quiet enjoyment of the villa. If this could be resolved that would be a good improvement. The signage on the roadside is quite weathered and no longer looks like the pictures sent, so the correct alleyway to the property was initially difficult to find.
