Great experience in the heart of Ubud. The villa is clean and cozy. The pool is fabulous. Incredible hospitality! Worth every cent. We will definitely visit this place again.

Not able to get access by car, but it's not too far and management helps with luggage.

Location was fantastic ! very peaceful spot off the road .
Only recommendation is to install a safe in the main bedroom .

Was very centrally located on one of the quiet streets which doesn't get as much traffic and noise but has heaps of restaurants, cafes, spas etc. The bedrooms are big and spacious and all have their own bathrooms.
The hosts were easily contactable and very friendly and we appreciated that.
There was a refillable filtered water station in the kitchen with both hot and cold water which we really appreciated!
There are 3 bedrooms and one of my friends woke up on the second morning covered in bites all along her arms, inner thighs, legs, side of her chest etc - from what we can only assume were bed bugs. It definitely didn't resemble mosquitos or insects. And it got worse over the next couple of nights and she had even more bites every time she woke up in the morning. She was miserable and itchy for the rest of her trips and for us this was big thumbs down in terms of comfort and cleanliness and unfortunately, we have to rate this place lower than what we would have if this hadn't happened.
There is NO indoor, covered living room space. For some reason when we were reading the description, we thought there was a separate indoor living room space, but what you see in the photos is EXACTLY what it is. There is one outdoor communal kitchen/dining area next to the pool. Although we read TV in the description - there wasn't one - this wasn't a problem, but it didn't match what's advertised. If you're ok with just one outdoor communal space and can handle the heat and being out the whole time - that's fine. But we almost exclusively hung out in our bedrooms because 1. Its SOOOO hot and we needed air conditioning when we were relaxing in the villas 2. Mosquitoes/insects and the constant paranoia of being bit
