Great location. Large rooms and bathrooms. Large picturesque pool. Locks on all the doors. Massages to your room and a great price.
All rooms are separate so not safe for little kids. Steep stairs to the upstairs room. Did not have cots on offer. Staff were not overly friendly but friendly enough.

The location is great. Not too central and not too far from the main activities and bar, restaurants, shops.
Ubud can be very busy. The swimming pool was nice and the villa was well maintained.
You can hear music coming from the local bars but I guess in most of the locations in Ubud, you can face this issue. The breakfast was very basic, and not many choices.

We really didn't know what to expect, but I must say, we were very happy and the villa far exceeded our expectations. The Property was just as advertised & more. The premise were very clean and visually beautiful. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The dining area was nice to sit around and just enjoy the outdoors. The Garden and the Pool were amazing and we used them quite a lot. Villa was in an amazing location, close to restaurants, stores & everything in-between. It was very easy to navigate to most places from there. The manager, Agus, was great to deal with. He made everything perfect for us. I would recommend this property and rate it a AAA+. Thanks Agus for making our stay exceptional & can hardly wait to come back.
NO complaints. Only suggestion would of been to have more plugs in the Room.
