Best Villa in Ubud

Without a doubt one of the best villas in Ubud. To begin with, the staff were excellent, always attentive from the moment we arrived until we left. They helped us rent motorbikes and arrange transportation to our next destination. The cleanliness was also very good; they cleaned our room every day. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute ride away from the hustle and bustle of the center. There are many restaurants nearby where you can have breakfast and lunch. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you very much!!!!!

Cosy villa with a tropical feel to it. Perfect for small families or group of friends!

Really comfy bed, nicely decorated upon arrival. The beds have mosquito nets which were a lifesaver at night time when sleeping. Cosy rooms and good size pool/bathroom. Lovely hosts who did a great job on cleaning our villa everyday and were helpful in sorting out any activities for us. Pretty walkway when passing the reception to enter the villa. Great location(10 mins bike from the centre markets)

There were lizards outside of the villa and we had to make sure the doors were shut at all times so none entered inside the villa. breakfast option could be improved.

Great 5-night stay, quaint, clean, lovely villa

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Reswaha Villa (2-bedroom villa, 5ppl). Location was excellent, close enough to places we wanted to go in Ubud (eg. Tegalalang rice terraces, sacred monkey forest), major brand convenience store "K" right next door, lots of restaurants, spa/massage places and Pure Bali fruits - all walking distance. Used Grab/drivers to go all around with no issues, very accessible. Staff were very friendly and approachable, any issues they dealt with straight away. Shout out to all the staff for always greeting us and being helpful (thank you to all, including Gede and Sudarsana). Beds were spacious and comfortable, rooms were big and bathrooms clean. I recommend bringing your own soap/shampoo/conditioner, although they are provided in refillable bottles). Villa had a private pool opened all the time (not heated, but refreshing after hot, humid days). Mosquito nets on all the beds. Breakfast was tasty, clean and sufficient (selection of set menus - can choose from Indonesian, Continental or American. Watermelon juice was refreshing), you can request for the time they bring it to your villa. We had an amazing time. Thank you to all the staff 🙏

Pool was dirty at the bottom and got no sunlight. We didn’t use it. Bathroom window could not be locked and was accessible from outside the room. Breakfast system of choosing an available time slot was inconvenient

Overall we had a great stay, just a few things in the room that could be improved.

Location and staff. Lots of restaurants and spas within waking distance. The overall look of the place is very nice, felt like we were in the middle of the countryside with lots of flora and foliage. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt very safe.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The bottom room didn't have a wardrobe to hang clothes, just shelves and I had a few dresses that I would have preferred to hang. Neither of the rooms had any hooks where where we could hang clothes, hence had to hang them on door handles. Also, neither of the rooms were provided with hand towels, we had to request them and there was no rail by the sink to hang the towel, hence had to hang it on the bathroom door handle! The top bedroom had sofas to sit on, however the bottom room had nowhere to sit, other than the bed. There were no chairs or a small sofa to sit on. Also, a long mirror (not the just the one by the sink) would have been helpful.

The room had a weird smell, and the smell is also on the bed. The hot water in the room required the staff to fix everyday. The towels looked old and slightly grey, while the bedsheets were slightly yellow, and some had holes.

Fantastic stay for our family

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is very easy to reach by cab or motorcycle from the center, plenty of little nice restaurants around. The villa was very comfortable, quiet, felt very safe and clean. The kids had lots of fun in the pool. The staff was always kind and helpful, especially the two people who were helping us today - apologies for having lost the notes where I had your names. Please respond as a comment to this review if possible. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

We have four suggestions that would make this stay even more fantastic: something to sit on by the pool, a little foldable lounge chair would be great; something to hand the wet swim suits was needed and the breakfast was nice to have in the hotel but the bread was not tasty. It was very neatly presented and prepared though. One last comment is about the area around the kitchen, it is very very slippery when wet. Please consider putting something to prevent slipping.

Amazing room with a lot of space. Closet with amenities, such as bathrobe, hair drier and locker. Separate space with big mirror to do makeup and hair. The bed was really comfortable, especially the pillows. Bathroom was huge and clean, but small issue with the closing of the door. They provide fruit and drinks. The kitchen was really good, as well as the pool.

Probably due to the weather, but the pool was really cold all day long. We were able to use it only once. The location is really calm but you need transport to reach the main center of Ubud with all restaurants and cafes.

Amenities in the villa were modern and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Located right next to a convenience store, a Bali massage place, and a brilliant pizza restaurant (Bella Pizza) which served awesome breakfast and pizza.

One bath tub was a little dirty, and the other bath tub could not hold the water well. The water kept draining away despite putting the stopper at the bottom. Disappointed with the simple American breakfast which we ordered and paid for, and coffee was prepared using the instant coffee powder in the villa which I could have done by myself.

Best place to stay, for comfort, convenience, and a great vacation!

Linens are, new , refreshingly smelling towels, bed was very comfortable in slept like a baby! VERY CLEAN ! staff was eager to assist at all times. …SUPERB JOB AND EXCELLENT for Surya, Sudarsana, and everyone, they where very corteous and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. ADD a french press, and provide complimentary coffee grounds, then i would give 5 stars more above the 10 stars i give….location was perfect right at the heart of everything but away from the noise. PEACEFUL AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Best Villa for our Honeymoon!

Very friendly and professional staff. The location is perfect and we love everything in the Villa. It's definitely a home away from home. The breakfast and service were awesome. My stay was great, quiet and communication was great with the host.

I loved that the guys made breakfast extra early for me as I had to be out by 8 and for two days they had breakfast ready for me at 7. Breakfast was ok but for the price, it should have been a bit better. The location was good for what I needed as it was close to my destination. If you are looking for a place with a kitchen and all, this place is quite good.

The place was clean enough except for the bathroom and the desk had an unusually high chair where a person could not sit. A bit f extra cleaning in the tub and the window around it would have made it perfect.

Room is beautifully set up, felt very tranquil and relaxed in our own space. Layout of the room and bathroom is nice, the bed was super comfy. The fridge had soft drinks and beer (decent price too) was a nice touch.

Requested pool and bath tub with petals on arrival which didn't happen. Also pool tiles and surrounds have algae/moss which could be cleaned.

Clean Modern Villa with fantastic pool

Villa was great, modern with a fantastic pool and a great bathroom. great value for money, staff were friendly and always on hand to help with issues, and clean room. we booked a bath decoration to be set up on arrival, which was and was stunning.

We enjoyed our stay here, it’s a little out the centre but we hired a scooter which we felt was necessary. we hired a scooter with a staff member on the front desk one night which he confirmed it would be here the next morning, as we were going on a trip, when we woke up to go and get the bike it wasn’t there, and we wasn’t informed it was cancelled / it was an issue - staff tried to help resolve and hire another scooter but there was none available.

Mosquitoes and ants are annoying, maybe pest control would help. The chair in front of the makeup desk is too high, very uncomfortable to sit on. More standard chairs inside the bedroom would be recommended. The lighting isn’t enough, adding more lights would be an option. otherwise, nothing can be done during the night due to poor lighting, or maybe the dimmed environment is intended for people who enjoy the bed when the sun is down.
