All you could possibly want for a high quality stay in Ubud can be found at Mayaloka Villas

So many things to like about Mayaloka Villas, starting with the staff who went above and beyond to make sure that we were having a relaxing vacation. Sincere thanks to them for all the help they gave us. Second would be the facility - each villa has its own private pool where you can do some serious swimming if you want. The villas are clean and big, ours had two air conditioners which kept the air cool and removed the humidity. Third would be the food - breakfast is brought to your villa each morning and it is always well prepared and of high quality. You can choose from a selection of options each day. Fourth would be location - it's just a short walk to the temple plus a large number of shops and restaurants. Great location, just enough away from the crowds that it's nice and quiet but close enough that walking is a great option. We really enjoyed our week at Mayaloka Villas and would definitely stay there again next time we visit Bali.

Bathroom was attractive but impractical, little room for bits and pieces, and shower water goes everywhere as is very compact with no screen

Location was good. It is in Ubud center. The staff was amazing, they did everything for our comfort.

There is no shower curtain or something similar in the bathroom. After shower, bathroom was a lake. And it’s not quick to get dry. Because there is no vantilation as well.

Amazing stay in a peaceful oasis — wonderful staff!

We absolutely loved our time at Mayaloka Resorts. The property is a hidden oasis just outside the centre of Ubud — beautifully tranquil, lush, and peaceful, yet only a short distance from shops, cafes and attractions. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive and genuinely caring. A special thank-you to Ayu, who showed real concern when we weren’t feeling well and kindly offered to find some bland food to help us feel better — that thoughtful service truly made a difference. The location is quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service — we would definitely return!

Best location, 5 minutes walk to everywhere. Pool in the villas is very good. Staff are very attentive and go out of their way to accommodate guests. Very clean and comfortable bed🙂

The bathroom is semi-open, and you could feel the rain while showering. Additionally, the water of the shower was getting out of the shower to the whole floor of the bathroom. Breakfast was okay, with enough options, but because this is outsourced i do not feel that it affects the whole rating.

Our stay at Mayalokha Ubud was absolutely wonderful. The hospitality was warm and genuine. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh, beautifully presented dishes that made every morning special. The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the property made it a perfect Ubud getaway. Highly recommend!

Feels like home in the heart of Ubud

Mayalokha Ubud was the perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and convenience. The hospitality was outstanding. Every staff member was genuinely kind and attentive, making our stay feel so personal. The breakfast was exceptional, with fresh, flavorful options beautifully presented each morning. The villa is also ideally located, close to Ubud’s main restaurants and just minutes from the city center, yet still peaceful and relaxing. A truly memorable stay!! Highly recommended!

The room is amazing, very clean, with all the things you need: shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hairdryer, fridge (even if we didn’t use it), aircon, and an amazing private pool and good breakfast to chose from continental or local. Staff very friendly and accommodating, help with any information and request. Location very close to the ubud city center, with supermarket nearby, market, shops, restaurants and bar

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This villa was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect – we could walk everywhere, yet it’s tucked away enough to feel blissful and peaceful. The villa itself was modern, with a lovely bathroom and a fantastic rain shower that we loved. The staff were simply outstanding – so attentive and thoughtful. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, and they even lit mosquito coils daily to keep us comfortable. The pool area was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the team always went above and beyond, from providing extra towels to preparing breakfast boxes for our early departure. Truly an unforgettable stay – the staff are just amazing. We can’t wait to return!

The room was not functional. Cheap bathroom doors that did not close properly. The bathroom flooded with every shower. There was little space in bathroom and main room for two people to set things down.

Luxurious and relaxing!

We loved our stay here for our honeymoon! We were impressed from the very start. Everything in our villa was absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean. The staff had even set up the bed beautifully for our honeymoon! The daily breakfast was absolutely delicious too. The location was great with many restaurants, the temple and art market close by within walking distance. The staff are so lovely and accommodating. Thank you for our amazing stay!

The amazing staff was the best thing! Location was great, beautiful modern, new room. Entrance and grounds were serene and stunning, private pool area was pretty, surrounded by nature. We enjoyed our refreshing welcome drink after a long drive from Canggu. Breakfast was hot and fresh and brought to our room every morning.

Lovely stay at a premium villa in Ubud

Everything was amazing. Excellent service, beautiful place and location and a private pool. Room cleaned everyday and anti-mosquito spirals lighten next to the pool. Amazing nature surrounding. Multiple birds flying around, and we heard Gecko at night walking through our small garden. This place is far from the road so it's just quiet. We had last villa (11) and we loved it.

I was missing a mosquito net over the bed. The ceiling is pretty high so you have to wait till mosquitoes come to you to end them 😅 Annoying green led from the wifi router in the room that was strong enough to generate visible shadow in the night, but we managed to cover it ourselves

Very nice villas in a quiet location close to town

The location is close to town, however still had full privacy and very quiet. Short walk into town for good cafes and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and could not do enough or help out. Breakfast included was also very nice.

Shower configuration spread water through out the bathroom. Bed was comfortable but could be a bit longer to suit tall people 👍

The private pool was beautiful and always clean! The room and bed very comfortable! Location was great, walk to cafes and shopping! Staff Ayu and Indra were very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was delicious!
