Villa Est Paradise by BaliSuperHost

It was very comfortable, it felt modern and well kept. Kitchen had all required utensils, pool was large, clean and enjoyable, with an area that was quite shallow for our toddler to paddle around in. Pictures are true to life. Location is fine, a little walk to a main street and large supermarket not far, with atm close by as well. I would stay again this Villa.

We had to book any amenities/extras through the villa due to new (well new to us) rules designed for villa security/safety/protection. This included a pool fence. When we arrived it was set up which was all good, it was metal which is good, and it was sturdy, and initially we thought this was an improvement from the old-school bamboo versions we had experienced when we had previously organised our own pool fence. However, due to its design it created a place for my toddler to stand and climb the fence, and I feel that given enough opportunity she could have climbed over it. It would not meet standards in Aus, but neither would the bamboo I wouldn't think. Another small thing I did not love, but with a little more awareness wouldn't have been an issue, is contact via whats app. I had received scam emails regarding my bali accomodations, so when I got a message from the host asking for information I had already confirmed in the booking app I was suspicious, and dismissive of them. I did feel the communication was not overall a positive for the Villa, but the host was always helpful when contacted and it would not be enough to put me off another stay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Ari and her team made us feel welcome, providing a thorough introduction and always being available to assist. We encountered two minor issues, but they were resolved swiftly and with care. The villa itself was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and had a peaceful, relaxing vibe. The location was spot-on close to supermarkets, scooter rentals, and charming shops offering handmade goods at great prices. We also used the villa’s services, such as Balinese massages and the convenient laundry service. The swimming pool was fantastic - the water was clean and refreshing, perfect for a relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this villa for anyone seeking a relaxing, memorable stay in Ubud!
