Great location, close to the centre. Excellent sized rooms, great breakfast with fresh juices
There was a smell from one of the bathrooms, the owners were able to move us to another apartment which was stunning but further out.

Great boutique property within an easy 10min walk into town . Staff very friendly & accommodating . Delicious breakfast included every morning . Stayed in 2br pool cabana villa , very spacious very clean & pool was great to cool off after day’s activities.
Occasionally of a night you could here bikes driving past

- staff was friendly and helpful
- near ubud palace and market so easy to walk down for meals and shopping.
- breakfast options were very limited.
- Noise due to repairs during afternoon hours when we wanted to rest
- Internet stopped working and took lot of time to get back
$$$$
