Friendly and helpfull staff. Great villa located just outside the centre
Breakfast options could be more varied. The street is a bit quiet at night and has dogs newr. One of them wanted to attack me when walking. A local helped me luckely.

Great location, close to the centre. Excellent sized rooms, great breakfast with fresh juices
There was a smell from one of the bathrooms, the owners were able to move us to another apartment which was stunning but further out.

- staff was friendly and helpful - near ubud palace and market so easy to walk down for meals and shopping.
- breakfast options were very limited. - Noise due to repairs during afternoon hours when we wanted to rest - Internet stopped working and took lot of time to get back
