The villa is well located only a short drive to central Ubud with a few restaurants (albeit with no convenience store) nearby. The villa itself was a delight, with strong air conditioning, and ample space.
The checkout process went smoothly. The use of a WhatsApp group chat for requests was appreciated as was the responsiveness of Komala and Gita.
The check-in process was somewhat disorganised. The pin on Google Maps did not reflect the actual location of the villa, but we were only informed of this via email around a day before checking in. We had also arranged a driver via Booking.com, who had apparently not informed reception of this. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion. We're of the understanding that there was a recent change of management that drove this but more could have been done.
More frequent cleaning and pool treatment would help. The checkout process went smoothly.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, got us anything we asked for and quickly. Villa was modern and good size and only a 15min walk to the centre of Ubud.
Having to ask for things constantly. Would have liked some staple items provided like tea bags etc. An info card in the villa would have been handy.
