Great place to stay in Ubud

Great location — peaceful and private, yet very close to all the main attractions. The house was clean, well-organized, and the staff was very attentive.

Spacious bedrooms and really nice bathrooms. Also provided salt and cooking oil. Plus there is a washing machine

Good location, 10 mins to centre with loads of shops and restaurants. Rooms were nice and big and beds comfy.

No aircon in living area downstairs, It felt basic, main bedroom bathroom was unusable due to mud all around it. The sofa area was so uncomfy we had to use bedroom pillows on it. The outdoor living aspect didn’t work as the villa next door had this too and you can hear everything. Cigarette burns on sofa and table, old furniture, drawers filled with paper and rubbish? The villa needs a bit of money out into it to get it up to a high standard, photos were taken a long time ago.

Below average at best…

Not much to be honest. The living areas are open air - I feel like this needs to be more clearly specified in the listing details. This resulted in lots of mosquitos and twice we came out of the bedroom and found random cats on the kitchen bench which made it feel like we were camping rather than staying in a private villa. Road is very busy and not the best for walking down. Place is also not the cleanest - the table cloth on the dining table was filthy and the cushions on the couch were covered in mould.

There was no electricity for nearly 3 hours on our last evening - not ideal with young children and no air con/lighting. When I contacted the house manager he told me it was a black out but it clearly wasn’t as it was only our villa that had no power - the neighbours all had it. Disappointing communication during this time - the house manager was quick to respond to messages if we wanted tours or transport but his communication when there was an urgent issue was very lacklustre.

Privacy ans family friendly. Good kitchen to cook some food items. Swimming pool was great. The washing m/c is an added advantage.

We loved the big rooms, the open kitchen, the pool, the outdoor showers, the washing machine was a plus! The house is great and very welcoming!

Wonderful Villa

Beautiful villa right near the centre of Ubud. Only a short scooter ride away! Villa manager was very attentive and always willing to help. Large rooms and wonderful indoor outdoor area.

I wish there was a glass door to close off the lounge area at night to feel more safe and keep the mosquitoes out.

Stunning villa

We only had one night to enjoy this gorgeous villa and I wish we had stayed longer. The bedrooms are very spacious, huge comfy beds, big bathrooms with huge bathtubs and outdoor showers. Staff were kind and helpful, we had requested scooters and they provided at an extra cost. Kitchen has all you need, water filter provided and there's also a washing machine and drying rack. Villa was tidy and gardens were well kept, the pool was big clean and clear. Good value for money, I would recommend and stay again.

Not a whole lot really, you can just hear the neighboring villa loud and clear and vice versa but no a biggy for us and the downstairs outdoor shower lacks a little privacy.

First two night got a hard pillow, but after that, the assistant gave us another pillow, good one, less facial tissue , the shower it's outside 😂

Pleasant stay in ubud

The villa was well maintained and very clean. A longer walk to Main parts of ubud that would not be suitable for everyone but a great supermarket close by.. washing machine was a great bonus. I left my wallet on my bed with credit cards and both rupiah and Aussie dollars and it was all there when we got back from tour

Safe would not work and not secured in and tv would not work most of the time. As we didn't report it, it cannot be held as a fault of management.

Swimming pool was a bit dirty, there was a plastic bag stuck in the filter. Towel in bathroom didnt smell that nice. Pillows can be softer.

Homey house

The house feels very homey and it makes us feel comfortable being there. My family and I felt exactly at home. Truly wonderful!

Comfort Accomodation for long stay

The villa was vaey clean and have a complete with a washing machine, water dispenser, refrigerator, WIFI, Indihome and Active Speaker !! They prepare pool towel beside a bath towel The property have 3 room with private bathroom and 2 nice bathup

Parking lot is small and bit difficult to moving the car The greenary has less maintenance
