Beautiful, stylish cottages in a well-kept garden, close to the royal palace. Nightly frog concert in the pond.
Lack of communication with staff. Lack of instructions regarding breakfast and dinner.

工作人員服務很好、總是很積極處理問題👍即使我們需要幫忙叫按摩，也會協助🙏真的非常感謝！ 這次我們是住在2樓的陽台房，風景很美☺️在這樣充滿歷史及藝術氣息的地方居住真的感到很不可思議😃很喜歡在這邊住宿的體驗☺️尤其是離烏布皇宮很近，常常可以去看表演、吃東西、隔壁便利商店買東西都非常方便🤩
只是有點可惜因為是古典建築所以沒有電梯，男朋友搬行李很辛苦😆

Great location, close to the center of Ubud while still feeling quiet and peaceful. The property has a nice Balinese architectural touch that gives a more authentic Ubud atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. Staff were also friendly during the stay. Overall, a really pleasant place to stay in Ubud.

the location is very nice. close to everything,surrounded my lots of cafes and restaurants
the room is old and was pretty dirty,smelly. checked in at 2… there were still no towels and blankets,which were given only in the evening.
