Everything was great, from location, to staff and the families who lived near by. Everything was perfect. Exactly what you need when coming to ubud. The room was great; the building was beautiful. Was a very nice stay

The property was at a good location near social amenities, and the host was friendly and available. Scheduled maintenance of the room, cleaning, was done promptly and well; we liked this property.
There were small ants everywhere, so a single drop of food attracted them. water retention in the bathroom floor making it a bit uncomfortable when bathing.

Typical Balinese home, practically in the centre of Ubud. Spacious clean room with large comfortable bed, bedside lamp, OK A/C. Free coffee/tea, water, electric kettle, hair-dryer. Ok bathroom/shower. Welcoming, friendly owner Nick and his wife, daughter, but you don't see them often. Accept bank cards payments even Booking.com says...cash only.
TV with only a few Indonesian channels. Wi-fi could be better, ~10Mbps.
