Very good service from the staff

The room is very spacious, everything is very clean and well maintained, the service is exceptional, and the breakfast is delicious.

They should have a service to take guests to the main street because the street where the hotel is located is very narrow and without pavements, making it difficult to walk with motorbikes and cars.

Excellent venue and lovely staff

The property rooms were excellent and had all the amenities that one would need. The big bottle of water was excellent. The rooms were very big and spacious and very comfortable. Great for a longer stay too.

The road to the laneway was a little small and crazy. Cars had trouble getting to and from. On a bike is perfect.

Breakfast was good, hosts were really good. Beautiful area, lots of nature around. Staff were again, really good, really helpful and absolutely lovely.

Unfortunately the laneway was super narrow and the bathroom upstairs had a constant smell of raw sewerage. Was a bit too far to walk to the markets, was really close to a good spa, marts and some food places.

Perfect location for a quiet stay in Ubud

The location is great as you are in a quiet street but only a few walking minutes from the center of Ubud. The villa is very spacey and has everything that you could need. The staff is also very friendly. Breakfast is served in the villa and was good too.

The bathroom could need a rework. After showering the air circulation is not that great which results in a few mold spaces on the walls.

The breakfast was lovely and it was really pleasant to eat on our little balcony, the staff were so attentive, friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was always on time. Location was great. Pool was a lovely addition just not the best sun beds! overall a really nice stay!

the sofa in our little apartment was quite dirty, but we didn’t really need to use it , just an observation. there was an event on during our stay which was a little noisy and meant the sun beds weren’t available for use

Older central complex, comfortable, with top staff

A small traditional complex set in lush gardens around a good-sized pool. Tidy, spacious room, but dated. Very friendly attentive staff. Breakfast plentiful delivered each morning to room patio. Good variety. Several very good small restaurants nearby

Someone was there to introduce us to the property and the facilities. A welcome drink is very much appreciated thank you!

The entrance doors of the opening room are in need of repair. It was hard to open and close them.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The cottage we stayed in was very poorly maintained. There was obvious black mould on the bathroom ceiling. Wood rot in many places -- one slat on the seat of a bench was missing. The second morning we were here the shelf under the tv was powdered with wood dust -- most likely termites. One chair in the outdoors area was consistently problematic. The first day, there was a hole in the seat. A new chair was brought in, but the next day it was covered with fine black specks, most likely insect droppings. The same to the second new chair the next day, and so on. The mould problem gave me some breathing difficulty, and I am not usually very sensitive to air quality issues.

The staff are so welcoming and made us feel at home.

Cozy, peaceful and homely, the room was big and the bed, although rather creaky, was really comfortable. Delicious breakfast freshly cooked and brought to our terrace every morning at our chosen time. Plenty of options. During my stay it was my birthday and I was given cake and sang to after breakfast. Wonderful! The garden is beautiful with a large pool. I would highly recommend this property.

The place is nice and clean. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. You may choose the breakfast and they will prepare it for you. Also as it’s raining sometimes they provide umbrellas what is really nice. The location is also pretty near to the center

From the moment we arrived, we were met with great hospitality. Breakfast was delivered to our room. Very delicious. Air conditioning in our room and the beautiful ambience of Bali.

Included breakfast was delicious and very well executed. The customer service was excellent, the staff are very accomodating and always available whenever you need.

Spacey rooms with private veranda and gorgeous pool and garden with temple. Very nice staff and well located to visit Ubud on foot.

Great value for money stay

Great location lovely gardens and pool room very spacious and lovely private terrace breakfast was really generous and a good selection staff were really helpful and courteous room cleaned every day bed firm but comfortable enjoyed our stay. Fridge with mini bar and tea/coffee supplied with kettle. Price point really good value for money.

The room though kept really clean was very tired. Needed a lick of paint. Price of stay reflected this i feel.

The location is good. Staff are nice. Breakfast was nice. It is close to the main road but on a back street so you don’t hear noise

, it is on a small road and a lot of drivers won’t pick you up from the cottages so you have to walk five minutes down to the main road. It needs some love. There is a lot of mould due to the rain in Ubud however some TLC is needed

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the main street. Away from the noises. Staff is polite, and the breakfast service at the room terrace is truly satisfying and level up your expectations in this humble hotel.

We were greeted by wonderful staff who were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They then took us to our room and greeted us with a fresh local fruit place. This was such a nice surprise. The pool was so clean and refreshing and the landscaping is spectacular.

One guy was there to receive us. Breakfast was good. Room cleaning was good.

When we(Me, wife and our two sons) get into the property, the guy told us he upgraded one of the rooms(we booked adjacent rooms)without any cost. I knew the reasons is. One room we booked, he gave to another guy, so it was not available. So our sons had to stay in another building second floor for one night ! What was that? Why we booked this in advance? This was the very bad experience in the very beginning ! Second, the toilet was too smelly, so it bad smell was coming to the bedroom, all the time. We suffered all days of our stay. We complained in the very first day. They were acting like they don't know the reason ! The smell was coming from the drains and toilet ! I asked them any problem for the septic tank or drain system. They didn't answer, just looking each other ! How do you feel the rooms having bad smell when you spend whole night there? I never expected this. I used Booking for my Malaysian trip too. No such complaints. This was too much. You can check that. It was terrible. If you collect money from us, you have to make sure the services was up to the standard. Otherwise please don't take big money for such an accommodation. Please review this and resolve. It was not a pleasant experience at all. The money we gave to you for not for this type of bad experience. You should find a solution. Thanks

Peaceful, secluded, clean and a great escape for a couple!!

Excellent location, 10m walk to the Main Street, many local kitchens on the street, groceries, laundries, a great spa. Staff are very polite and helpful, speak excellent English.

Breakfast is limited and somewhat overrated. Bathroom could have shower caddies so you don’t have to step over to the tub to pickup soap or shampoo etc. which could be a slip hazard.
