Beautiful accomodation run by very kind and professional staff including a sweet black Labrador

The location away from the noise with the lush jungle in the background and the infinity pool was truly beautiful. The room was spacious with a big bathroom and well working air conditioning. The breakfast was also very good, our favorite were the banana pancakes. And last but not least the staff: they were all very friendly, asking about your day and making you feel like home.

Lovely stay, pool was beautiful and staff were lovely and welcoming and the doggos were very cute. I left wishing I had more time there

Door didn’t shut tight so mosquitoes could get in however the hotel carry’s out a spray to try prevent this

location close to ubud

the place is very run down, mould everywhere, dirty couches with stains, stained curtains, shuttle bus thyley offer is unreliable.we were getting picked up only to find out there was too many people waiting and had to squish 7 people into small suv, would not reccomend

Great place a step away from Ubud Centre

Very close to the centre of Ubud (about 30mins walking), the also have free shuttle. The staff, all of them very friendly, smiling, helpful, thanks guys for the great service ! +5 stars 😉 the infinity pool is beautiful, the environment itself, all is great, it’s peaceful.

I stayed at Tirta Arum again after nine years, and I was truly happy to confirm that the quality of service is still as

I especially appreciated the deep sense of tranquility of the place. The location is truly beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and nature, making it perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The breakfast was very good and well prepared, and the infinity pool is absolutely beautiful, a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The hospitality is warm and genuine, with a very caring team that makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. The staff is incredibly helpful and supportive with everything, from laundry service to shuttle arrangements, transportation, and any kind of assistance needed. Everything is handled smoothly and professionally.

Awesome stay here, staff were so kind and the villa is so cute and well maintained. The pineapple and banana pancakes are delicious. The spring rolls are also a must. The pool is so beautiful. We loved our stay !!

Authentic family run Balinese place. Super friendly & helpful

The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble and they were so helpful in arranging tours and transport. Food was delicious and the breakfast was 3 courses and you got to choose what you wanted & when. Lovely and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. A free shuttle drops you at the main Street and will bring you back at set times or you can just get a gojet which is cheap My room was an ok size wouldn't have wanted it any smaller. Powerful shower. Super clean. Lovely pool terrace overlooking the gardens. Would definitely stay there again

The location could be seen as a negative as its a bit far too walk any where as its tucked away up a side road, but gojets are so cheap & the shuttle is free. There isn't much not to like if you want quiet. Its basic but that's authentic Bali for you.

Breakfast was great. The chef is a wonderful cook. We stayed in a villa with a private pool which was great.

My son said the sofa bed was not that comfortable. Otherwise the rooms were comfortable.

I felt mislead by the 4 star rating. Look at my photos and judge it for yourself. This place could use some TLC, towels, sheets are VERY used and have dirty stains. It felt quite dirty although it was cleaned.

Nice and peaceful place

Everything was wonderful! The garden is beautiful, the pool is great, and the hosts are incredibly kind — they even took me to the airport and waited patiently. Breakfasts were delicious, and the location is quiet and peaceful. Just keep in mind it’s the jungle, so you might see some little lizards — but that’s a good sign, it means fewer mosquitoes! I absolutely loved it.

Hotel is so lovely and quaint, in great condition and very peaceful overlooking the fields. Breakfast is incredible, kept me full until dinner ! Staff couldn’t help more- I arrived from mount agung trek at 12pm on day of check out, and they let me shower and rest. I really appreciated all the help.

15 minute walk from central street - doesn’t sound a lot but it is hot and very dark.

Great customer service Very clean So much kindness towards our little girl. Grandma who was responsible to cook the breakfast did it great and always bringing love to our family. We felt very welcomed.

Location isn’t too close to market, long walk or need a driver. First room the aircon wasn’t working and they gave us a new room. Always very clean.

Great relaxing villa close to jungle and central Ubud.

Very relaxing and close to the jungle, but still close to central Ubud. The Hotel provided a shuttle, but we also walked some times into town. It wasn’t very far, but the road is not optimal to walk though.

The water in the pool was a but chilly, but not much ti complain about.

Beautiful surroundings and amazing staff, room and location could have been better

The staff were amazing - so kind and helpful and they really went out of their way for you. The pool was beautiful and a real asset. The onsite bar/restaurant was a good price and the food was good quality. Bed was really comfy! We organized taxi pick up/drop off to and from the airport which was brilliant - excellent drivers and reliable people.

The room needed a bit of modernisation, especially in the bathroom which was a little unclean (mould etc). The location of the hotel was beautifully quiet, but it was located down a narrow road about 10 mins from the centre of Ubud. We found this road really dangerous to walk down when it was dark, which meant that we didn't feel comfortable going into town for evening meals. Luckily, there were restaurants just around the corner.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hospitality was like no other. They treat you like family and always want to make sure you have everything you need. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. It’s hidden and very private, but not too far from main sightseeing attractions. Breakfast was included and was delicious! My favorite part was the fact that they all interacted with my son. Something I’ve never seen in other hotels we’ve stayed in. My son was so happy to stay here and we will definitely be returning soon!

Amazing villa with amazing staff. Location a little off.

Staff are amazing. We were in 4a and b the villa with a pool. The pool looked amazing but was too cold for us to use. Ubud was very wet and cold for that time of year. Staff even made us a breakfast packs for the family ready at 4am for a day trip to lovina. The laundry service was awesome! Shower and bath good.

The location is amazing little off from the main town. Was a little hard to find down the end of a small street. They have a bit of constriction happened there but we never heard any noise. Looked like workers were living in the building they were making.

Nice hotel, not far from the centre and really kind and friendly staff. We had an issue with our room on arrival and they switched us immediately. There’s a nice breakfast area and bonus points for my lovely friend Bingo the dog!

We like the nature vibes of the property. It was also clean and the staffs are friendly.

The wifi wasn’t working in our room (room 6) and it seems like the staffs are aware of that but they put us there anyway. We had to go to the restaurant area just to get some connection. Our room is also located below the pool where the machinery makes some noise so we weren’t very comfortable.

Amazing experience and fantastic staff!

We had the best experience ever at Tirta Arum! The staff was so sweet and caring, they made us feel at home. The hotel was so beautiful, decorated amazingly and surrounded by green! It was very sad to leave, we would love to come back soon. On my partner’s birthday, they even prepared a special cake for us and sang happy birthday, it was a very special moment. Thank you very much once again Tirta Arum ♥️

Amazing & relaxing!

We stayed in a private villa with a pool, and it was amazing!! The sounds of the forest infront of you, the rooms were huge, the bath, it was so relaxing!

When you walked in, you didn’t think you were in the right spot, but honestly it didn’t matter, when you got to the rooms & spoke to the staff it was all amazing!
