Motama Ubud

This incredible villa was in a fantastic location which is made even better by the free shuttle into town whenever you wanted it. The villa was impeccably clean and very well equipped. The bathrooms were both fabulous, the best shower I had in Bali. The staff in the villa could not do more for you and we’re just the most thoughtful and kind people. The breakfasts served each morning in your kitchen were fabulous. The team organised us a driver for the day for sightseeing in limited time, and a driver for the following day. They tended to our every need. We had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency and they sent us with a huge bouquet of flowers and heartfelt goodbyes. When we return we will definitely be staying here again!

Nothing to dislike

Everything was exceptional good. Staff went above and beyond to organise transport, food, and activities. I felt unwell post one of the activities, and Umas was so kind that she went out of her way to make sure I was cared for. They have handwritten welcome, which was ❤️ 💙 warming, and I truly felt grateful for the way we were pampered.. Also it was 🎂 🥳, beautiful cake and bed decorations was so beautiful.

Everything was perfect.

The lovely villa unit was spacious, quiet and so wonderful to relax at the private pool. The staff was incredibly hospitable, warm, welcoming and attentive! The shuttle service to the city center was a bonus!

The location is great. Central ubud. Facilities were adequate and staff very helpful. Breakfast was decent.

Just little things like tea wasn’t restocked. Towels weren’t changed automatically and a few things were broken. Also bedrooms were on different floors and the pool wasn’t very clean.
