Affordable basic accomodation

The cottages a very conveniently located in Ubud with a few good places nearby to eat. Breakfast was included in the tariff, was a basic option but still appreciated and convenient. The cottage was very big, and the room sizes were very comfortable. Customer service was excellent. Free bottled water in room and the resident cat Luna was gorgeous and friendly :)

There is a lot that could be done to make the property/cottage cleaner and more functional. Our front door didn’t lock without having to lift the door, which was large and wooden, so couldn’t be done on my own. The cottage itself needs a fair bit of attention. Floors, particularly in the corners of rooms, behind furniture, corners of bathroom etc had not been cleaned properly (hair, dust, debris). The air con in the main bedroom didn’t work which made for a long, hot and humid night,

“Cute little cottage, near to everything by motorbike ”

Staff is super friendly Ms Ayu. She helped us with everything . Breakfast is nice, the pool is nice . The environment is quiet.

However the toilet is not so good , water sucked and some wood flakes/ dirt in the toilet .

Location of the hotel is good.staff were friendly.

The entire stay in Sakura room was a bad one..very badly maintained. Door locks, bath tub,beds, sofas not at all maintained up to mark..they were almost broken..not able to close the window doors properly, rooms were stinking and spider webs..they have a kitchen outside the room in open area which is not fit for cooking..There are many lizards, cockroaches , flies inside the rooms..The coffee provided in the morning had some small insects, so my family went outside to have coffee and breakfast.. Definitely not worth for the money paid and family went disappointed.Management has to take care of maintainence going forward..

Moderate Stay

Location is on the road side, near to monkey forest . There is an adult pool which is very small. Breakfast is limited. They have a kitchen and food qunatity is good.

Since its a wooden cottage ,we felt a drenched and moist smell while we entered. Mosquitoes outside and can see spider webs on roof.

Peaceful and relaxing

Great value for money, the hotel is in a quiet part of Ubud, just south of the Monkey Forest. Nearby are some truly wonderful restaurants and cafes. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was reasonably clean. Our villa had a private plunge pool that was wonderful. The main pool was well maintained and relaxing. The hotel also felt very relaxing and peaceful.

The place is just a little tired around the edges, but is still great value for money.

Old furniture Safe didn't work and they said they are gonna fix it and they did not Shower had no water pressure at all The beddings smelled so bed, we nearly could not sleep. They need a deep clean. They overcharged us with the beer like 3 times The check in was extremely slow and difficult

Disappointing

Not much

No airconditioner, no not water and hardly any water from shower head. The sheets were grey and old and the towel were stained. The netting on the bed was yellow and looked like it has never been washed. The pool was over chlorinated so much that it burnt our eyes and changed the color of our bathers.

Manager is like our family member. He helped us in every question we had. Always took care of us..Stuff were kind and helpfull.. Breakfast was very good . They have different bungolaws that could fit for requests ....Location is great.. and many cafes and good restaurants in short distance walking. Thank you for everyhing.

Sheet was stained and other day we told about it to manager and then gave us clean sheet and pilow set .

Amazing week in Nyuh Kuning and of course in Chili Cottage

I was booking the small villa with one room and kitchen. But unfortunately, the water from the shower quite small, and the AC wasn't working properly. So, I asked the staff how if we change room and I'll pay extra since we still have 4 more nights. So the owner gave us beyond our expectation: a family room with 2 bedrooms and also a kitchen. It's larger than our room definitely. And it's FREE. So thank you a lot for that. The employees were so nice, incl the owner that served us very well. The location is so great, close to the monkey forest. Near the hotel, you could find some restaurants and yoga places. The Nyuh Kuning village, where's the hotel located, is awesome. So clean and peaceful. Love, love being there for 5 nights.

Just small stuff with the facilities. But fortunately, the owner responded so quick by calling a repair man.

De prijs voor een kamer die zeer gedateerd en vochtig is. Waar wij sliepen kon je de buren horen fluisteren. Matras met spiraal en klamboe is zeer vies. Ontbijt zeer matig.
