Location is excellent - only a few minutes walk from central Ubud, yet very quiet and peaceful and with enough amenities close by. Staff were lovely and always helpful. Great value for money too - I stayed in a private pool villa for just over AUD50 a night.
They took my key for around an hour to get another one cut, so I could not access my villa during this time. It would have been OK if they told me, but I didn’t realise until I tried to access my villa.
They scheduled A/C repairs without letting me know and let a technician into my villa unsupervised. It’s just lucky I happened to be there when he came. I had to leave at one point, and when I came back the technician had stepped out, and the villa was left wide open with no one there.

The hotel is located in a great region of Bali, I enjoyed visiting the park were the families visited after work.
Tranquil area where the units are located, peace and quiet. Lots of flora.
The rooms were exceptionally spacious and clean.
The range of facilities is great.
Value for money is really great.
The pool had broken tiles at the bottom which was a concern when I was swimming.

The cottages a very conveniently located in Ubud with a few good places nearby to eat. Breakfast was included in the tariff, was a basic option but still appreciated and convenient. The cottage was very big, and the room sizes were very comfortable. Customer service was excellent. Free bottled water in room and the resident cat Luna was gorgeous and friendly :)
There is a lot that could be done to make the property/cottage cleaner and more functional. Our front door didn’t lock without having to lift the door, which was large and wooden, so couldn’t be done on my own. The cottage itself needs a fair bit of attention. Floors, particularly in the corners of rooms, behind furniture, corners of bathroom etc had not been cleaned properly (hair, dust, debris). The air con in the main bedroom didn’t work which made for a long, hot and humid night,
