We can’t wait to stay again - ticks every box!!!

We loved everything about this villa! Very convenient location - only 5 or so minutes drive to a Ubud centre (with very little of Ubud’s notorious traffic) Easy to find on the map for Gojek and Grab. And in walking distance to several nice warungs - we particularly loved breakfast at Melali (which we did several times) - and their fried chicken sliders for lunch! From the moment we walked through the gate, we felt at peace and utterly delighted with the openness and green lushness of the place. It just has a truly great feel about it - inviting, tranquil, gorgeous. Lovely pool! It’s not over-the-top luxury, but truly everything we needed and wanted was there. Excellent quality linen, comfortable beds, all amenities clean and functional. And the staff were wonderful - Agung at the helm was so caring and attentive, and Maria so utterly delightful (and the very sweet man who inflated our pool floaties for us) - they’re all an asset to the place! Thank you so so much to the whole team - who made our trip so comfortable. And finally - what great value for money!!! Extremely reasonable for such a great place in an excellent location!

We loved staying at Aashaya and would highly recommend

This is a beautiful villa. Lovely, spacious house with gorgeous indoor /outdoor ensuites to each of the 3 bedrooms. The pool in secluded and lush garden setting is fabulous. Immaculately clean inside and out. Many dining options within walking distance. The staff friendly and very helpful.

We liked everything. But there was no fence around the pool and we had a 2 year old with us so we asked the manager to arrange a pool fence which he did. It was quite expensive but worth it because we all had so much lovely swimming.

Perfect getaways!

The villa is big, spacious, and very clean. Towels are plentiful and conveniently accessible from the master bedroom’s walk-in wardrobe. All three bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, which is very comfortable for families. The villa is well-equipped with a water heater and washing machine, making it ideal for longer stays. It comfortably accommodates a family of six. The swimming pool is clean and enjoyable, especially for kids. There are also ponds filled with fish, and the children really enjoyed feeding them.

Disappointing villa management

The Villa has a nice jungle vibe.

The staff was unfriendly, not flexible. We felt that the villa manager treated us like cattles rather than guests. He was really unprofessional, and was bragging about how many villas he manages in the area. We also struggled from frequentl snake appearances. The swimming pool's side was covered by coconut palms which were not cleaned from the coconut thus using the pool was dangerous. When we asked them to remove those, they helped, but that job made the pool unusable for a stretch of time due to the dirt the job created.They should have scheduled this work ahead of guest stays. The Villa's location is less than ideal, very far from the city center, and it only has a dirt road that is constantly dusty and very busy. We arrived with two babies, and the villa does not provide a cot and we felt we were being pressured to rent from them. They were trying to make more money rather than helping. Beyond this, don't expect them to provide anything beyond drinking water. Overall the place is not child friendly so if you are looking for a big villa where you can be with your kids, this is probably not the most ideal place .

A stunning villa in Ubud with a pool and a fantastic jungle view.

From the moment we arrived, the entrance was breathtaking and had a real "wow" factor. The villa is actually much larger and more impressive in person than it appears in the photos. The outdoor bathrooms were a real highlight, creating a wonderful and atmospheric experience. While the villa is not within walking distance of any major areas, it was very easy to get everywhere using the Gojek and Grab apps. Most places were just a 10-15 minute drive away. The only "bugs" we encountered were a few small, harmless geckos on the walls. To be honest, they just added to the natural charm of the place. The view from the pool area was incredible, with a beautiful, lush forest right behind it. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

My only small critique is that the living room furniture felt a little less luxurious than the rest of the villa, which made an otherwise premium feel seem a tiny bit cheaper.

A real bit of heaven tucked away.

Staff were amazing. Spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. The location was fantastic. Beds and pillows comfortable. Pool was clean and well maintained. Whole villa beautiful. Agung, Maria and tram were so nice and helpful but not intrusive. Lovely.

A pleasant stay overall but creeped out a bit at the end because of the unknown animal dropping

A nice house that gives an authentic Ubud experience with trees, jungle and the pool. The staff members (Agung, Maria and many more) are very kind and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Insects repellent is available. They also have a water dispenser machine that has hot and cold water.

The pool was pretty cold to swim in even when the temperature during the day reaches 30C. I am positive there are some unknown/unidentified critters residing in the house. For one, they make sound that resembles bird chipping every now and then throughout the night; for another, there were unidentified animal droppings in one of the bedrooms one of the days. I hope they were birds than anything else because it would be creepy

Amazing stay! Great staff!

my family of 5 adults stayed in the villa for 8 days, and it was a perfect stay! the villa is amazing with a lot of space, gorgeous grounds and in a fabulous location - just north of ubud city center. the area has lots of delicious cafes and restaurants within walking distance and a new gym opened down the road. perhaps what made the stay the most special was wayan, the villa manager, and his team, who made us feel welcomed and cared for. we organized all excursions through wayan and he even drove us when we needed a ride. 10/10 would recommend this place without hesitation!

Amazing home in an exceptional settings

the warm welcome by Ariawan and his team was great. the explanation of the place was detailed enough for us to feel straight at home. the facility was very complete with all necessary items like towels, kitchen appliances and the lighting of the yard was very beautiful it was overwhelming to see the beauty of the jungle in the morning and in the evening. Ariawan was a great help in organising the scooters to be delivered to our house by the next morning.

The location was peaceful and scenic, ideal for relaxing and disconnecting. The villa itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Incredible Villa!

Everything! The place is absolutely stunning, it has everything you need. It's perfect location so it's nice and quiet, just the sound of nature but close enough to centre of Ubud to get there easily. Agung and his team are so helpful and will sort everything out. We can't thank them enough and we wished we didn't have to leave. We will be back, for sure!

Great Stay

The Manager (Mr Agung) was at the property when I checked in and explained all the things about the property. One best thing I found in the property was that they had washing machine. It's a huge 3 bedroom Villa. Make sure you book the Villa when you are more than 2 people as it might get scary in the night as the Villa has a Jungle just opposite to the pool. Overall stay was pleasant. Must recommend for 2-3 couples or group of friends.

All the family really enjoyed the villa and the local area.

Really good size both internally and externally. The entire staff were great and nothing was too much. They organised a number of trips for us which were great and at a good price. The driver especially Kadic, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great stay!

Villa with a lush garden

Villa is surrounded by beautiful nature and is set in a great location, 3 km north from Ubud centre. There are several restaurants also on waking distance, with scooter the location is ideal. We loved the open living room and the kitchen was well equipped.

There are a few small and easy to fix things that would make the villa 10/10. The garden sunchairs are old and worn out and the sofa (although comfortable) would benefit from a refreshment (deep cleaning, new upholstery).

Exceptional

This Villa is awesome. It is northern (approx. 3 km) to Ubud. You dont hear the traffic noise or anything which makes you uncomfortable. Just the ‚Bali Jungle‘ sound. You escape the hustle and bustle which is in Ubud. There are 3 bedrooms. Each one has a bathroom. In the middle of the villa there is an open living room and an open kitchen. There‘s also a garden with a great pool. Everything is clean. At the opposite of the street there is a nice local Restaurant with local prices. The ‚Heart‘ of this Villa is Maria. She will do the daily cleaning and will make the breakfast. She is a great person, who will help you with everything you need (restaurants, highlights of bali,…). I highly recommend this Villa!

Good location, not too far from town but close enough to easily get a taxi/ Grab into town. real jungle feel and experience

The host wasn't there on our arrival, we had to wait 10 plus minutes to be let into the villa, I know its a small point but it makes a big difference to your welcome. there could have been more keys it would have been nice for each room to have two sets so if people sharing a room didn't have to wait for the other to get back.

Prachtige accommodatie op een fantastische plek in de jungle.

Ruime en schone accommodatie, prachtige plek, warm ontvangst en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We werden goed geholpen bij alles wat we nodig hadden (taxi, boeken van activiteiten, ontbijt).

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à Ubud, Aashaya Villa. La villa est en bordure de la jungle, une expérience incroyable! La piscine apporte un grand plus à cet endroit idyllique, de même que le séjour dehors/dedans… Encore un immense merci au manager, Agung d’avoir été aux petits soins avec nous, s’occupant de gérer les réservations de nos activités, du bateau pour la suite de notre séjour, de nos petits déjeuners, etc…, et également à Maria et son collègue, toujours disponibles et souriants !

Absolut gewaltige Villa!!!!!!

Absolut traumhafte Villa!!!!!! Gute Lage, sehr netter Vermieter und auch sehr nettes Personal! Die beste Unterkunft in Bali bisher! Der Pool super schön und sauber. Direkt hinter der Villa ist der Dschungel ( vom Pool aus beobachtbar). Die Zimmer sind Tip top sauber und groß, einige günstige Restaurants in der Nähe. Outdoorbäder sind auch voll schön! Wirklich ein bemühter Gastgeber der auch für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar war!!!!!

Tolle Villa mit Jungle-Feeling und großem Pool

Super schöne, große Villa mit 3 Zimmern mit zugehörigen Bädern im Außenbereich. Großer Pool und sehr schöne Gartenanlage. Hier hat man den Jungle im Garten. Viele gute Cafés und Restaurants fußläufig in der Umgebung. Ins Zentrum von Ubud ist es eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto oder Roller.

Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass im Wohn- und Küchenbereich, die praktisch im Freien sind, durchaus viele kleine Bewohner wie Geckos und Frösche vorbeischauen. Aber dafür hat man umso mehr ein Jungle-Feeling.
