Fabulous

Great stay, good location with lovely outdoor space

We had a lovely stay at Villa Matha, the staff were friendly and made us a good breakfast each morning. The bedrooms were comfortable, with nice big beds, and the main living room was nice. We mostly used the outside, having breakfast in the garden each morning, and the pool was great. The villa is about a 20 minute walk from Ubud centre, although there isn’t a path the whole walk. There is a really good restaurant / bar over the road and a couple of small shops within 5 mins walk for supplies.

There isn’t really anything to say we didn’t like.

Amazing stay

The staff here are just amazing! Breakfast was made for us every morning and Joni organised massages for us in the villa. It was spacious and comfortable in the villa with every amenity you may need, i couldnt recommend it enough! Joni gave us the details for our driver Putu and he was the best

The villa is starting to show a little wear and tear. The location was fine for us as we were on tours every day but it is a far walk to the main street and getting a car takes a long time due to traffic

Beautiful villa amongst the trees

This place is beautiful. It’s made us very happy staying here. The rooms and big and beautiful. There’s plenty of seating by the pool. The gardens are wonderfully kept. It’s been very special staying here. The staff were also very easy to deal with. Additional requests were no problem for them. They checked in to make sure the stay was enjoyable. Again, really fantastic. Oh and right across the road is Pubas, a delicious cafe. Every morning we got coffee from them. One day we had lunch which was an outstanding mee goreng. Literally 10 metres from the Villa door!

Nice place

Nice villa, really big and confortable . Large bedroom with confortable bed. Living room with big screen TV and many channels. Good Wi-Fi Perfect place for Family or group Quiet location

- The bathrooms is too dark in the night, need to change with the bright lamps for all the bathrooms. - There is not good maintanance for light (in the dressing room all lamps is broken). - The swimming pool need deep cleaning and the water smells (too much chlorine). - The kitchen need deep cleaning and maintenance for gas stove.

Comfortable villa

A comfortable villa for a vacation with friends or family. It consists of 3 bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. The internet is quite fast and stable. Close and easy to access from main road. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the villa lacks of the trash bin. Lots of insects in the bathroom area, and lack of ventilation. So the bathroom a lil bit smelly.

Exceptional

The property was located in a serene area, yet accessible. The staff, especially Ms. Nengah was warm and helpful. Its interior gave us homey feeling. Bbq facilities was provided in the villa, which we think is a plus point, and the kitchen facilities was quite complete if you'd like to cook during your stay. Perfect for family or friends vacation.

The only thing that i don't really like was the bathroom lighting, it was quite dark during night

The mould in the bathrooms, one of the bedrooms you could not sleep in due to the stench from the mould . The villa needs maintenance, it’s such a beautiful place but lacks some loving care The staff are gorgeous and they try their best to do anything for you The breakfast is ok

Отличный сервис, завтраки готовили целых три человека прямо на вилле к согласованному нами времени. Несмотря на дикий трафик в Убуде и наше опоздание, менеджер терпеливо нас дожидался. Большая приватная территория, хороший бассейн, качественная уборка. Парковка для машин

Удаленность от дороги, отсутствие указателей и неправильная точка на карте в Booking. Приехав на место - виллы не оказалось, связавшись с менеджером получили правильную ссылку, которая была в 300 метрах от исходной точки. - нужно внести коррективы, чтобы другие путешественники не мучались

De wasmachine was kapot en ter compensatie werd onze kleding op hun kosten gewassen. Putra en Madé waren erg behulpzaam
