The staff were amazing, cooking us breakfast every day. They were friendly and a delight, nothing was too much trouble. The property was exactly to the photos shown. We loved it all, the open space, the big pool and the spacious rooms.

Отличный сервис, завтраки готовили целых три человека прямо на вилле к согласованному нами времени. Несмотря на дикий трафик в Убуде и наше опоздание, менеджер терпеливо нас дожидался. Большая приватная территория, хороший бассейн, качественная уборка. Парковка для машин
Удаленность от дороги, отсутствие указателей и неправильная точка на карте в Booking. Приехав на место - виллы не оказалось, связавшись с менеджером получили правильную ссылку, которая была в 300 метрах от исходной точки. - нужно внести коррективы, чтобы другие путешественники не мучались

We had a lovely stay at Villa Matha, the staff were friendly and made us a good breakfast each morning. The bedrooms were comfortable, with nice big beds, and the main living room was nice. We mostly used the outside, having breakfast in the garden each morning, and the pool was great.
The villa is about a 20 minute walk from Ubud centre, although there isn’t a path the whole walk. There is a really good restaurant / bar over the road and a couple of small shops within 5 mins walk for supplies.
There isn’t really anything to say we didn’t like.

The staff here are just amazing! Breakfast was made for us every morning and Joni organised massages for us in the villa. It was spacious and comfortable in the villa with every amenity you may need, i couldnt recommend it enough! Joni gave us the details for our driver Putu and he was the best
The villa is starting to show a little wear and tear. The location was fine for us as we were on tours every day but it is a far walk to the main street and getting a car takes a long time due to traffic
