It is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by lots of places to eat. Staff nice but they were really pushy in making us check out earlier than check out time.
This place is NOT for families with kids. Forget it. Too many stairs and they are not safe for tiny feet. One room smells badly (the one which is covered with the plastic wall covers). We didn’t even use this one. No hot water in the morning. Feels overpriced

Beautiful villa and great location in between ubud and tegallang
Bedding and towels and amenities were a bit disappointing. Sheets and blankets felt a million years old and had a musty feel to it. Had a very leaky air conditioner in one of the rooms.
