Junjungan Serenity Villa & Spa

Villa is extremely spacious and very tastefully furnished with local hand crafted furniture and artwork. Ambience and serenity, peace and calm. . Staff weren't always around but the young girl who does the cleaning is lovely and very kind. When I got cut and bruised from a fall, she brought me natural aloe vera to use on my wounds. Located near to places I wanted to visit.

Very dark, no lights outside villa, I fell into the pond at the side of the path to villa, got completely wet, including my bag, containing my passport, mobile phone and wallet, had to blow dry the lot!

Beautiful gardens, great pool, the environment is amazing and the staff is so nice! I am going to go back every time I come back to Bali!

1. I was kept in another property due to the renovation of the one I booked. I was informed 24 hours before the flight so could not change it. The location of that first property was absolutely awful but the property itself was good. It was Avalon castle and spa. Breakfast was extremely small 2. When I went to the property I initially booked it was awful. Internet was working badly, everywhere is renovation, bags with trash all over, but the location of that property was better To summarise both properties are not 4 star properties as mentioned in booking.com but max 3 star with mediocre everything
