Clean but noisy and no tv or kitchen + sometimes smoke

Clean and roomy

Kitchen was unusable, no stove and no pots and pans. There was heavy construction just outside the room so lots of noise. Also occasionally smoke from burning fires comes in to the room(same problem in most of Bali). And last NO TV!

Despite attempt to be a luxury hotel: 1. Cringe architecture, interior design 2. WhatsApp support is setup very inconvenient, multiple different numbers, one for each part of the hotel 3. My partner got burned during the massage 4. In the bedroom, the bathroom and toilet is not separated from the main room

Amenities are great - long swimming pool, great restaurants, big territory, and beautiful rooms

The staff is not helpful, they didn’t tell us about amenities when we checked in (and later we found out that the gym is not free), they were extremely slow and seemed inefficient: two persons checked in one room for about 20 minutes. There were always queues at the reception What also we didn’t like- there were no hair dryer in the room and despite electric oven, there weren’t any frying pan or pot or even anything to cook on

A lovely vibe and great pool, but the standard rooms are basic, noisy, and in need of a few upgrades.

I really enjoyed the overall vibe of the hotel. The atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, and the pool area is definitely one of the highlights. It’s a lovely place to unwind. The bed was also very comfortable, so I slept well.

There are a few things that could be improved. There are quite a lot of stairs, so it may not be ideal for everyone. The standard rooms are quite basic and not very soundproof, so you can clearly hear noise from the gym below when people are boxing, as well as from neighboring rooms. For the price I paid it was fine, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable paying more than that for the same room standard. The toilet seat in my room was also stained and really needs to be replaced.

Wonderful place for families

The location is just north from Ubud, so less busy than the city centre. There are 3 pools and multiple restaurants. We stayed in the Sunset Studio and it was great, very clean. We chose this place as it had a kids park, and it was great.

As it was our understanding the serviced apartment are under new management. The staff was nice and friendly but we found it a bit confusing at time. For such a big property I would have expect better information for the customers.

Fantastic place

My husband and I spent a few wonderful days at ONYX Park Resort in Ubud, and it really stole our hearts. The resort just opened, so it has this fresh, relaxed vibe that makes you instantly feel welcomed and comfortable. We loved hanging out by the pools, surrounded by lush greenery, and sipping coffee on the terrace — it felt romantic without being cheesy or over the top. The rooms are stylish and super comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Kitchenette gave us freedom to cook when lazy and made it easy to grab a bite whenever we wanted. Breakfast was a real treat — a buffet with lots of options: Asian, European, halal—you name it. There’s something for everyone. The location in Tegallalang is perfect — only about 5 minutes by car to Ubud Palace and the markets, and close to Monkey Forest too. The famous Tegallalang rice terraces are just a short 15-minute drive away. We loved how easy it was to explore but then come back to peace and quiet. Only minor snag—the quiet hours are strict from 10 PM to 8 AM, so if you love late-night chats or music, you might want to keep it low or move to the lobby bar. Service was fantastic — spacious rooms with beautiful views, cozy common areas, and great restaurants. Multiple pools were a bonus too. It felt like a little luxurious hideaway where you can truly relax and enjoy Bali with someone special. We are leaving with wonderful memories and will definitely come back.

Сами апартаменты построены с вопросиками: высота потолков на втором этаже низкая. Качество сантехники низкое. Без туалета на втором этаже! Как это? Дождь заливает весь балкон и становится крайне скользко. Супруга подскользнулась и упала. Не оборудовано ни кастрюлями, ни ножами, ни кружками. Зачем вы вообще сделали кухню, если ею пользоваться невозможно. Персонал убирается нестабильно: приходят в разное время и часто не приходили вообще. Питьевой воды недостаточно приносят, а покупать в магазине крайне неудобно. Поставьте людям нормальные 20 литровые бутылки!

Ottimi i ristoranti e buoni i servizi

Il punto forte di questa location sono i ristoranti!! Non solo c’è una scelta incredibile (cucina tipica, italiana, georgiana, giapponese, etc) ma si mangia benissimo in tutti quanti. BUONISSIMI GLI SMOOTHIES!! Anche il personale è molto gentile e attento, parlano tutti un inglese perfetto e sono sempre pronti ad aiutare.

Ho soggiornato in una camera un po’ rumorosa di notte (credo fosse l’aria condizionata delle altre camere perché la mia era spenta). Altra cosa che ho trovato scomoda è la mancanza delle sdraio nell’area piscina: ci sono delle sedie di legno oppure dei ‘letti’ ma sono orizzontali e non si può adattare la forma con cuscini o altro perché non ci sono punti d’appoggio. Infine anche la posizione è un po’ scomoda e le mappe dell’iPhone la segnano completamente sbagliata: dal centro di Ubud ci ho messo un’oretta a piedi.

Si meritano un gran gel 10. Diciamo che all’ inizio ci sono stati non pochi problemi, ma poi durante il soggiorno hanno recuperato alla grande. Da ritornarci

Nos alojamos aquí con una amiga y ONYX nos ofreció ese espacio artístico y de bienestar que no sabíamos que necesitábamos. El resort acaba de abrir y hay algunos eventos de inauguración en directo (preapertura incluida). Así que hay mucha energía cultural: instalaciones de arte y otras actividades, incluso talleres en marcha como parte de la nueva visión que están implementando. Por las mañanas íbamos al gimnasio, por el día nos relajábamos en la piscina y por la noche, al bar. Cada uno tenía su propio espacio, incluso pequeñas cocinetas por si queríamos picar algo. Y cuando apretaba el hambre, con seis restaurantes en el hotel, las opciones eran infinitas

La ubicación es tranquila, cerca de Ubud, pero con un ambiente tranquilo. Nota: el horario de silencio, de 22:00 a 8:00, significa que hay que disfrutar de la diversión tranquila al anochecer. Pero tomar un cóctel en el bar antes de dormir sigue siendo perfecto

قضيت بضعة أيام أعمل فيها عن بُعد في أونيكس، وشعرتُ أن هذا المكان مصممٌ لتحقيق التوازن بين العمل والحياة والترفيه. يروجون لهذا المفهوم الشامل للعافية والفن والشفاء منذ إطلاقه أواخر يوليو/أوائل أغسطس 2025. بدأتُ العمل في ردهة مضاءة بأشعة الشمس، مع خدمة واي فاي عبر مكالمات زووم، وعندما يغلبني التشويش، كنتُ أتجول إلى المسبح أو أسترخي تحت جناح مظلل. ساعدني المطبخ الصغير في تحضير وجبات الطعام. سهّلت بوفيهات الإفطار الصباح. يمنحك القرب من تيغالالانغ أجواءً خضراء هادئة، لكنك لا تزال على بُعد مسافة قصيرة بالسيارة من مقاهي أوبود التي تُغذي إبداعك. والأجمل من ذلك: أن هدف المنتجع حقيقي - الفن والشفاء والثقافة مُدمجة في التصميم - مما يجعل العمل هنا يبدو وكأنه يُساهم في شيء أكثر أهمية
