The design is outstanding - like a design museum. Super clean, huge pool, huge room (townhouse), great, healthy, fresh food. Attentive & friendly staff. Very comfy beds. International crowd: Russian, Chinese, and more Europeans.
Huge pools, no sunbeds with back support. Many rooms, but you hardly see any families playing. Feels a little cold sometimes. Townhouse would need some more basics: reading lamps, bedside table, etc. It’s more a place for long-/ midtime renting. 20-30 mins with taxi to Ubud center.

La chambre est spacieuse, le lit confortable et il y a tout un set d’accueil : savon, shampoing, serviettes, eau, brosse à dents et dentifrice. Tout est à disposition : piscine, restaurant, magasins (même si tout est relativement cher). Un personnel qui nous aide avec nos bagages et le sourire. Possibilité de laisser son bagage la journée.
Pour un hôtel de cette qualité, je trouve dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de bouilloire et café/thé offert. Le personnel de l’accueil semble désorganisé et pas forcément très agréable. L’administratif à faire pour le check-out, les sos répétitifs sur WhatsApp et le temps passé pour vérifier la chambre et récupérer la caution (500 000 RP)

All in one place. Staff are very friendly a lot of good food, fast service and good community.
Facilities not in good condition in some rooms, need to fix always something with ac or kitchen. Kids zone for daycare temporarily closed. Thanks for service recovery option we got upgrade.
