Reasonable price. Very close to centre.

Service was unfriendly. But that didn't effect the state of the room.

I liked the friendly and welcoming staff. The receptionist gave a warm welcome and helped with all the queries pleasantly. She suggested for the tourist destinations and assured to help with whatever possible from her end. The rooms and beds were comfy and the floor was very nice wooden built. Location is good from public transport point of veiw.

The bathroom could be better maintained. Few things were broken, which does not give a comfy feeling. There was some problem with the cleaning as there was a stink whenever I was opening the bathroom door. For an apartment booking I was expecting to have a small fridge to store things and some cutleries for eating. The lights for the balcony were not working which hampers the evening usage of the balcony.

Location is amazing. Very close to city centre. Take the number 3 bus outside hotel.

The restaurant is not open & no tea/coffee maiing in rooms.

Good location, parking yard available. Old town is close even by walk. Bus stop at hotel, train station also was very close.

The pictures on booking webpage do not reflect the reality at all. The room was in much poorer condition comparing to pictures. The sanity was just admissible, but not great by any means. In the shower there was mold on the wall. I spotted some small insects walking on the floor. The celing ventillator did not work. The restaurant is closed for a long time. Reception is opened from 2 pm until 10 pm only. The cark park can accept 4-5 cars only. So to summarize: if you spend 1-2 nights here, it is acceptable, but you should lower your expectations.
