Casa molto ampia, si trova parcheggio o lì davanti o nelle strade limitrofe, camere ampie.
Cucina piccolina ma con il necessario per cucinare.
La casa si trova a santa Maria degli angeli, per raggiungere assisi molto comodo il parcheggio stazione con navetta gratuita
Pulizia da migliorare, la casa essendo molto grande fa fatica a scaldarsi, consiglio di accenderlo prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti.

The host was nice. The location was pretty central in Santa Maria Degli and close to a supermarket and it was easy taking the bus to Assisi. Oh, and the place was dirt cheap as well, which helped making up for all the inconveniences. It has a balcony and a nice enough living room, with a sort of working kitchen.
When we arrived, there was no wifi. We told the host and she said someone would fix it the next day. It didn’t happen, so we contacted the hosts again, to figure something out, and they told us, that their provider was ghosting them. Then we looked at other reviews and there were several that said something along the lines of: The wifi didn’t work, but the host assured us that it wasn’t their fault, and that it would be fixed before the next guests arrive. The host has now sent me several mails with the internet provider that confirms this. That doesn't change the fact, that we were promised wifi from the beginning, and only informed that the wifi wasn't actually installed yet, after we had arrived. If there aren't any wifi, then just say so. Two days into our stay they installed a temporary solution after we told them to give some money back, if we didn't get the wifi as promised on booking.com. When I talked to them then, they were really nice as well. Also, there weren’t really any kitchen knives, and some of the beds were pretty bad.

La casa è molto ampia e comoda per un gruppo di amici, poiché ognuno ha potuto avere il suo spazio. La posizione è ottima e permette di arrivare ai luoghi di maggior interesse in pochi minuti a piedi.
Inoltre, l'host è una persona molto gentile e disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze di ognuno.
Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto.

Ci siamo sentiti come accolti da una persona di famiglia, in un appartamento tutto per noi che sa di memoria e ricordi, come fossimo ospiti di una zia o una nonna. Per le persone che siamo abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la semplicità e la bontà e la grande disponibilità di Marta che si è offerta perfino di venirci a prendere all’aeroporto. La struttura offre una completezza di ambienti assolutamente apprezzabile e consente di poterla “vivere” al di là del pernottamento consentendo perfino di poter condividere con qualche amico un pasto o una sosta di relax. Siamo stati benissimo e ci torneremo.
Onestamente non troviamo nulla di negativo. Purtroppo per motivi non dipendenti dalla volontà dell’hosting non c’era il Wi-Fi, ma siamo stati informati del ritardo del fornitore.
