La vicinanza alla Basilica di San Francesco e dintorni.
La colazione, molto povera, non all' altezza di un agriturismo a 4 stelle. Camera molto piccola, per chi prenota sconsiglio la camera numero 6 in quanto è situata accanto alla sala dove si consuma la colazione e la finestra in camera da sull'ingresso principale!

De tuin, de rust, het zwembad.
Je kan er niks anders kopen/krijgen dan ontbijt. Ruim voldoende restaurantjes in de directie omgeving te vinden, dus dat is echt prima. Maar je kunt er ook kledingwas draaien, en dat was jammer. Wel in de buurt een wasserette gevonden. We zijn wel positief over het verblijf gebleven, want ook de gastvrijheid van de ouders van de uitbater is groot.

The pool really makes this place. Very serene with amazing views of Assisi
Rooms were very basic. Also don't stay here if you don't have a car, as it's tucked away in the countryside and 5-10 mins drive to the nearest town
