Stunning location, helpful manager and rooms were clean and high quality. I had a Wi-Fi issue on the first night which the manager promptly helped me to fix ASAP the following morning. The accommodation is clean, well maintained, in a beautiful area with clean pool and a very cute cat.
I will only add that it is not suitable in summer if you do not have a car, as it is either 30 mins walk to Assisi (uphill) or 30 mins walk to the train station where you can then take a bus up the hill, there are no amenities otherwise. Furthermore there is no staff present overnight which made me feel slightly unsafe as a solo female traveller.
