La vicinanza alla Basilica è uno dei punti forti, è veramente a due passi da un luogo così importante. All'appartamento non manca proprio niente ed è curato nei dettagli
Le uniche cose migliorabili sono la serratura della porta esterna, che è difettosa e in qualche occasione sono stato anche un quarto d'ora a cercare di togliere la chiave dalla toppa, e magari la segnalazione che serve il disco orario per parcheggiare nelle immediate vicinanze
