I stayed at Assisium Agriturismo after booking through Booking.com in December, and overall it was a good value for the price. The property is very close to Assisi (less than 20 minutes by car), which makes it a convenient base for visiting the area. The location is surrounded by greenery and feels peaceful and relaxing.
Both check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. There are multiple parking spaces available outside, which is very handy if you’re traveling by car.
Breakfast is basic but well prepared. The woman who welcomed us in the breakfast area was very kind and genuinely happy to accommodate customer requests, which made the experience nicer.
Dogs are accepted for an extra charge of €15. Despite the room issues, I still recommend it overall, especially considering the price, but I hope the property improves room maintenance going forward.
The rooms could use a bit more attention. We noticed some mold, the shower hose/cable was broken, and the shower gel provided seemed very low quality—possibly expired or not stored properly—because it left a strange oily feeling on the hands.
