We appreciated being off & behind the main street. Was very quiet at night. Was one of our better accommodations in Italy. Quick & easy walk to the Portiuncula and also the Assisi train station.
We had to wait on the street for over 20 minutes for the owner to arrive with keys to let us in.. self check-in was not offered as option. Some of the appliances were not working.
