Great quality property with calming views over the adjacent farms from the back verandah (we were in the back property of the two on site) Very quiet location despite being on a fairly busy road. Easy parking with plenty of room available. Good Coop supermarket 5km away in Bastia Umbra. Hosts were very helpful & getting keys was easy. Access to Assisi an easy 10 minute drive. Great location for day trips around the Umbria region, Spoleto, Spello, Trevi, Castel Rigone, Preggio, Montefalco & Orvieto to name a few we visited. We would stay again.
Could have stayed a few more nights!!!

Case dell'Olma exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable with nice bed linen. The shower was powerful. Marina and Paola are super friendly people who had provided absolutely everything you could possibly need, and they always responded very quickly to my numerous questions! The house is surrounded by large, well-kept gardens, and has lovely views across fields to the hills. It is very conveniently located for Assisi and there are good supermarkets a short drive away. I would highly recommend this house; it's one of the best we've stayed in.

Posto stupendo, spazioso, dotato di tutti i comfort, silenzioso e ben collegato alle principali attrazioni della zona.
Pulizia molto curata, così come l'ampio giardino, bellissimo! Il nostro cagnolino è stato ben accetto e ha potuto muoversi liberamente ed in completa sicurezza.
La signora che ci ha ha accolto è stata gentile e disponibile.
Torneremo sicuramente!

Every thing was perfect . Good location for sight seeing and 6 mins from Assisi. The villa was spotless snd very comfy. We used the deck ad we had lovely weather . Highly recommend
