la struttura moderna con richiami all'antichità; colazione ampia e completa in una zona luminosa. Le stanze di grandezze media molto luminose, bagno ampio, forse il vano doccia leggermente datato. Personale gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta.

La tranquillità del luogo immerso nel verde. La cura dei giardini, molto bella la piscina. Ottima colazione e belle le camere: eravamo 4 amici di cui una signora con disabilità. È stato tutto perfetto

We selected this place, because it was in good reach from Assisi and the airport. Also we could arrange from here other visits of the surrounding cities. The staff was really kind and the outside of the place gorgeous, with pleanty of free parking places secured by the properties big fences.
The room looked on the first sight cosy, but after a few steps a lot of hair and other dirt stuck to our socks. The toilet stinked a lot and after a look inside, I saw, that it wasnt cleaned under the boarders. It was very gross. They celaned it only in the visible parts.
But the biggest problem was, thet the room had paper walls. Every little noise was heard for the other rooms aside and also above. Not to mention the restaurant on the other side of the hall.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was pitching sideways and you had the feeling of falling down. Not to mention, when one moved, the other bounced too.
The most annoying experience was, when at night a UPS started to beep at the reception, which is situated only 6m away (paper walls). It kept going from 3 to 5 AM making sleep impossible. Which is after a long day of travel very unpleasing and makes one angry, as the purpose of the stay was to rest and get energy for the nex day. Nobody was there to help.
