Cute studio with everything we needed, clean, charming, good location !

Location was quiet , staff were friendly and helpful , the studio was clean and comfortable . The pool area was lovely .

We had an issue with the electrics whilst using the hot plates. We explained to the staff so it can be fixed .

Wonderful stay

A truly special place. This agriturismo is surrounded by wonderful fields within a small drive from the historic center of Assisi. The authentic and brilliantly renovated stone building is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a great swimming pool, in a secure and peaceful area. As the entire property, the room is tastefully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Really nice and spacious bathroom. The host, Roberta, offered us all the support even before our arrival, making us feel at home and most welcome. It was a lovely family stay!

It was a great stay. Truly enjoyable.

A combination of several factors made our stay truly enjoyable: the cleanliness and functionality of the apartment, as well as the overall quality of the agriturismo premises. Roberta has done a remarkable job in creating this place. Her attention to detail is evident throughout. The grounds are beautifully maintained, spotless, and meet all modern standards. The swimming pool is excellent! Although we only stayed for two days, it was an absolute pleasure to be here.

The kitchen part was ok. We were hoping to get an airco but turned out to be a fan. That was no a problem. Windows open, cool breeze made is easy to sleep through the night.

Relaxing family break close to Assisi

Beautiful place to stay in the countryside. The apartment was lovely and well equipped. The pool was cool, clean and quite big. We would definitely stay again.

A couple of wine glasses in the room would have been good but this isn’t a big thing really. It was a great stay.

Disappointed in the accommodations for 3 adults - would have been fine for 2.

Excellent views around gated property. Building in good shape and pretty. Bedroom and bath large.

Advertised as one queen and one twin bed. Twin bed was tiny, hard, and about a foot off the ground. Really only reasonable for a child. One bottle of water and some pieces of bread that were hard as a rock - would have been okay but there was no place to purchase anything else.

Great for families with kids

Very nicely renovated house. Clean and spacious. The swimming pool is excellent, with a great view on the stunning countryside. The location is good, about 6 km to Assisi. We hope to stay here in the future, highly recommended.

A mosquito net would be nice on the windows.

Appartamento accogliente, rustico, molto curato nei dettagli, ha tutto quello che serve per soggiornare in tranquillità e relax inoltre c'è anche una piscina e posti auto all'interno della struttura, un plauso va alla ragazza che ci ha accolto alla reception cordiale e attenta ad ogni nostra domanda.

Un angolo di pace ad Assisi

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno splendido in questo agriturismo in un contesto tranquillo e poco fuori Sterpeto. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e sempre disponibili a fornire consigli preziosi sui luoghi da visitare nei dintorni. L’appartamento Melograno era dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali per una vacanza: pentole, frigorifero, piastra per cucinare e un pratico fornetto elettrico per riscaldare. I letti sono comodi e la pulizia è davvero impeccabile. Lo stile rustico delle camere rende l’atmosfera accogliente e autentica. Molto apprezzato anche il riscaldamento, perfetto per rendere piacevoli le sere d’autunno e d’inverno. La struttura dispone anche di una piscina in mezzo al verde (contro la calura estiva). Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo appunto, l’appartamento Melograno non è tra i più luminosi, ma si tratta di una caratteristica strutturale, legata alla disposizione delle finestre, non certo di un difetto imperdonabile. In fondo si trascorre la maggior parte del tempo all’aperto, e d’estate la struttura offre uno spazio esterno davvero paradisiaco. Come semplice suggerimento, date le plafoniere e una sola lampada presente in soggiorno, forse si potrebbe pensare a un’illuminazione leggermente più congeniale per rendere l’ambiente ancora più confortevole. La posizione è inoltre strategica: perfetta per raggiungere Assisi e, tramite la statale, molte altre splendide città umbre. In ogni caso, esperienza più che positiva: un posto che consigliamo assolutamente e dove torneremmo volentieri!

Struttura ben tenuta, silenziosa, immersa nel verde. Piscina pulita e con vista tramonto. Molto spazi comuni e privati per rilassarsi. Barbecue per ogni appartamento. Lontana dalla strada principale e quindi molto tranquilla.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Umbrie en zelfs Zuid Toscane te ontdekken

Prachtige rustige locatie met heerlijk zwembad. Goede scheiding tussen de 6 appartementen, je hebt niet echt last van andere gasten. Dichtbij mooie steden als Assisi en Perugia. Roberta ws als gastvrouw erg prettig, ze adviseerde ons goed en snel als er vragen waren. Ze is erg toegangelijk.

We hadden best wat last van muggen, ondanks dat we appartement goed gesloten hielden en ondanks de horren. Bij het zwembad best wel wespen aanwezig, maar dat is inherent aan de locatie.

Struttura molto curata nei dettagli, pulita, fornita di tutto il necessario. Cucina ben attrezzata. La proprietaria Roberta è stata subito molto accogliente e disponibile. La parte della piscina è dotata di tutti i comfort con una piccola struttura adiacente con bagni e distributori di bevande,snack,caffè.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, die Betten waren hervorragend und Roberta hat sich sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Auch der Pool hat uns sehr gefallen mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Die Unterkunft ist eine gute Basis um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bellissimo agriturismo

Agriturismo molto curato e pulito con bella piscina affacciata sulle colline umbre. Personale disponibile e gentile. Posizione strategica per visitare Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio e lago Trasimeno. Abbiamo alloggiato in bel bilocale spazioso, pulito e ben ristrutturato. Anche gli spazi esterni ottimi per i bambini.

Non vedevo l'ora di tornare a casa per farmi la doccia

Carina la struttura arredata con gusto, tipica la pietra umbra sempre presente, è gli spazi esterni alle camere comuni erano carini, la strada per arrivare alla struttura stretta e per niente illuminata

Fate attenzione quando scegliete questa struttura su bookung perché una delle due camere riservate a questo sito è una stanza per disabili, cosa che mi è sfuggita altrimenti mai avrei confermato la prenotazione. La stanza assegnatami era la camera Ginepro, molto buia, bisognava accendere la luce nel soggiorno cucina sempre e comunque era mal illuminata. Sono partita in coppia con nostra figlia di tre anni, e il bagno che è per disabili è stato davvero un incubo da gestire, scomodissimo, si allagava dopo una semplice doccia che abbiamo preferito evitare dopo la prima esperienza. Non hanno pensato neanche di munirlo di una banale tira acqua, ma quello che mi hanno dato dopo la mia lamentela era uno straccio che mai ho visto neanche a casa di mia nonna decenni fa! Senza un secchio, né una mazza, ma vi era solo una scopa malridotta e sporca, nonostante abbia dovuto usare parte degli asciugamani per poter portare mia figlia a fare la pipi dopo la doccia del padre, altrimenti avremo davvero potuto scivolare e farci male, mai mi sono stare sostituite, anzi sono rimaste per due giorni, fino alla fine del soggiorno, ammassate su una sedia fuori dalla porta della camera dove le avevo messe. Quindi mai nessuno è passato per due giorni fuori dalla nostra porta! Il lavandino era otturato, dopo una lavata di denti restava pieno di acqua! I cuscini molto scomodi e tutti diversi tra loro. La qualità delle lenzuola e delle asciugamani era buona almeno. Vi consiglio davvero di fare attenzione perché chi come me può trovarsi in questa struttura, neanche economica, a passare dei giorni in cui anche una semplice doccia rischia di essere motivo di disagio, e con una bambina piccola il disagio è triplicato. Non vi dico cosa è stato convincere mia figlia a fare anche una semplice pipi. Credo che le strutture per disabili vadano destinate solo a chi ne ha davvero bisogno, perché si crea altrimenti un vero disagio nel caso opposto.

Siamo stato veramente bene in questo bellissimo angolo di paradiso

Struttura bellissima ed accogliente, molto pulita e ben tenuta. Immersa in un paesaggio meraviglioso. Un luogo dove rilassarsi e riposare, vicinissimo a molti luoghi bellissimi da visitare, come Assisi e Spello. I gestori sono persone gentilissime e molto disponibili, che hanno accolto ogni nostra richiesta con garbo e gentilezza. Consiglio vivamente una visita al piccolo borgo di Sterpeto, appena sopra all’agriturismo, veramente una chicca di borgo. Siamo stati benissimo e se ritorneremo in Umbria verremo nuovamente in questo meraviglioso angolo di pace.
