Peaceful surroundings, 15 minutes from Assisi. The building has around 6 units — we had two on the ground floor with a private terrace, which was great for having dinner outside. The pool was spacious enough for several guests at once, and perfect for kids to play in. The small building next to the pool was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen is functional but small — fine for simple meals, though the freezer was too small to be very useful.
We rented two units. Unfortunately one of the two units did not have A/C despite asking if both units had A/C. This made it more difficult to sleep with days up to 40C.

Locatie vlakbij Perugia en Assisi.
Fijne ruime kamers.
Mooie in oude stijl gerestaureerde woning met karakter.
Vriendelijke eigenaressen die haar talen spreekt en goede tips heeft over de regio.
Niets viel er tegen.
Zorg wel dat je een auto tot je beschikking hebt.

Un oasi di pace e bellezza nella meravigliosa Umbria. Appartamento pulitissimo e equipaggiato con tutto il necessario. Spazi esterni ben attrezzati e arredati con molto gusto, che permettono di cenare o ammirare le stelle durante le serate d’estate.
La campagna circostante permette di fare passeggiate rilassanti e godere della full immersion in piena natura. Posizione strategica per raggiungere in 15’ di automobile la suggestiva Assisi, Perugia, Bastia Umbra.

Excellent views around gated property. Building in good shape and pretty. Bedroom and bath large.
Advertised as one queen and one twin bed. Twin bed was tiny, hard, and about a foot off the ground. Really only reasonable for a child. One bottle of water and some pieces of bread that were hard as a rock - would have been okay but there was no place to purchase anything else.
