Best choice for groups

This is the best option to stay if you are a group and you need 3 rooms. Basically, this is an apartment with 3 rooms. Probably if I would need only 1 room, it was a little bit weird to stay there, but for our needs it was probably one of the best places where we stayed. It is very close to the train station. (3 minutes) The owners are very kind and polite. The rooms were very clean. I fully recommend this place if you need 3 rooms.

The "italian" breakfast was not the best, only sweet food was available. But this was not really an issue for us. There is a market (5 minutes on foot) where you can buy some food for breakfast. Other than this, we have no complains.

Perfect!

Everything! Great location! The building is beautiful on the outside and spacious, clean and comfortable on the inside. The host is really kind and helpful. The breakfast is really good. The bed is comfortable and the shower is perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone who is staying in Tirano. And make sure you try the Ai Portici restaurant almost next door, which is also perfect, to make your stay as unforgetable as mine and my mom’s was.

The only tiny downsize is the noise (cars) on the street early in the morning (before 6am) on weekdays. But it was not an issue for us.

Clean, quiet stay near train station; friendly host, basic breakfast.

Good location, close to the train station (we took the Bernina Express for a day trip to Switzerland). The accommodation was clean and quiet. Cristina, the host, was friendly and professional, meeting us at the property and helping us access the parking. On the downside, the breakfast was very basic, and although there is a shared kitchen space, guests are not allowed to use it. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants in this charming small town.

Our stay at Sweet Home B&B was amazing. Perfectly located & within easy walking distance to trains, shops & restaurants. Our host Christina was amazing, approachable & always available with any advice we needed. We couldn’t fault anything. It was spotlessly clean & very comfortable. We had everything we needed to make our stay memorable & the Italian breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend this B&B.

We were staying 2 night on our trip from Milan to Zürich, including Bernina train. Very clean, cosy and pleasant interior. Kind, welcoming and understanding staff. Great location, close to the station, supermarket and restaurants. View from room is amazing. Christina is very friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay.

Very late traffic noise, but there is nothing what hosts can to do about it. Not suitable for individuals with mobility and stability impairments (no shower handle). Kitchen that is not allowed to be used.

The room was spacious warm and comfortable. Cristina greeted us in a very welcoming way and was available to meet any needs. We will be very happy to come back there and visit Tirano and the surrounding mountains a lil bit more. Indeed Cristina's apartment locates in a strategic position, 5 minutes walk from the Swiss railway, making it really convenient for those who want to experience the Bernina Express. Very highly recommended!!

Very nice, comfortable place near the station. The hosts are very friendly and they really love their city and want you to have the best experience during your stay. The breakfast is tasty. You can try some local food. Definitely will visit this place again in the future.

Nice family run establishment offering a good B&B.

As we were only staying overnight the premises suited our needs as it is within 300m walk to the stations.

As there is no clear identification signage on the building it is a little difficult to find, particularly at night. Once we contacted the owner they came down and let us in. We were standing outside but there is no 'front door' with signage to help. Thankfully the map search had us outside.

In Verbindung mit der An- und Abreise per Bernina-Bahn und Olympia war es ideal für uns.

Jeden Morgen frische Cornetti con marmelata, gekochte Eier und frisches Obst, dazu regionale Spezialitäten. Cristina als Vermieterin ist aussergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und freundlich, hat jederzeit einen passenden Rat. Kurze Wege zum Bahnhof (5 min.) sind ideal.

Bedingt durch Olympia 2026 waren die Preise entsprechend hoch. Die "Normalpreise" sind angemessen.

Quando cheguei fiquei sabendo que o quarto não tinha banheiro. O mesmo ficava no corredor. Mas tinha reservado quarto com banheiro. O café da manhã muito simples, sem muitas opções. Fiquei sabendo, pela proprietária, se quisesse um café melhor tinha que pagar.

Colazione molto buona e posizione vicino alla stazione del Bernina Express. Bagno pulito e molto ampio.

Forse si potrebbe migliorare l'isolamento acustico della stanza in modo da non sentire troppo cosa succede nell'abitazione sovrastante o nelle stanze adiacenti. (Comunque niente di drammatico!)

Le stationnement privé, la proximité de la gare pour prendre le Bernina, la gentillesse de Cristina, la grande propreté des lieux (chambre et lieux communs), salle de bain très fonctionnelle.

Presque rien si ce n’est que le manque de chaise ou fauteuil dans la chambre et le manque d’insonorisation entre les chambres.

El parking y la ubicación al lado de la estación y de los restaurantes. El pueblo no tiene casi vida y cerca hay algo …

El baño no está en la habitación. El desayuno es muy pobre. No tiene aire acondicionado. Es una pensión, ni un hotel ni un b&b… y muy regular.

Struttura molto confortevole, posta nel centro di Tirano, a pochi metri dalla stazione del trenino rosso del Bernina. Camera ben pulita, letto comodo. Ottimo il parcheggio privato. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Un ringraziamento va alla sig. Cristina che ci ha dispensato consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Molto consigliato. 5 stelle.
