The property was nice. Very clean and spacious.
The location was difficult to get to. The road to the property was not paved so a lot of grab drivers had hard time finding it.

The staff was excellent I left my AirPods in the location and Demi was very helpful to get it back to me on the in Sanur

The ocean view is stunning! The property is very spacious as well.
The property needs a lot of maintenance. 2/5 bedrooms had no working lights. We had to relay on small lamp. The kitchen door was extremely difficult to open and the main glass door near impossible to open without feeling like something would break. The downstairs bedroom door was extremely hard to open and close as well. The location is a bit complicated to drive to - we had to work our way around other ways to get to the villa from day 1. This should be explained PRIOR to arrival. We arrived at 11:30-12am and panicked when we realised we couldn’t go the way the maps suggest. Lucky our driver was about to contact the villa worker and find alternate route.
Th property definitely needs a good upkeep.
The staff were pleasant to deal with.
We arranged for a private chef to cook breakfast on our last day and he was a no show. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional on the chef’s part.
