The resort is one of the prettiest resorts we have been to and all the staff is amazing.

The villas, the staff, pool area, how green was everything, how well though it is for the kids, even though we don’t have them, we would love to come back one day.

The cleanliness could be a bit better, especially the bed linen and towels. And would love to have an additional toilet paper in case you ran out of like we did. Would also love to have a sunbed or something similar beside the private pool to lay down on.

Beatiful & peaceful villa - as nice as in the pics

Fabulous villa complex - especially for families with kids - the amenities and facilities are great. I was there with a friend and truly appreciated the cleanliness, cozy, and homely design of the villa as well as the lovely decor. The place is sparkling clean, beautiful - love the swing by the swimming pool in the private villa. There is also a bigger common pool that can be used.

The villa's glass doors are not of good quality, and it was hard to lock them / unlock them.

1. Doors weren't weather or insect tight, had gaps wide enough to get mosquitoes, centerpeeds and other small bugs an ants come into the villa. 2. The sunk in louge although looked amazing, it soon became a major hazard where it needed a hand rail to ensure our 5 year old didnt fall over half a metre to the tilled floor below. 3. In our kids ensuite shower area there was a neighboring window looking directly into it, maybe some kind of privacy to ensure safety in this matter.

Amazing gorgeous modern clean villas with all the amenities you need !! Really loved the comfy beds - the washing machine and sitting area. Super comfy.

The online trouble we had were the neighbors who screamed and partied till 3 am - screaming in Russian and the security guard couldn’t shut them up. More strong rules around disturbing other guests.

Beautiful and tranquil accommodation

Beautiful property with lovely staff. Made a special effort for my husbands 60th bday. Peaceful relaxing and spacious villa. We were a family of 6 and loved the villa. Just like the pictures advertised.

Just a little way from cafes and shops but local transport once loading the ap didn’t cost much.

The facility was gorgeous, and the accommodation was beautiful but the real winner was the amazing staff. they were super helpful, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs and celebrate my daughters birthday with her. Would absolutely come back.

Loved every minute staying here

Everything was delightful! The atmosphere, the staff, the villa, the service. All amazing! I can’t wait to book here again.

A lot of the towels were stained which I think could be replaced or stain treated. I was also woken up a few nights around 3am from people talking very loudly while walking to their villa after a night out. Perhaps the resort can remind people to keep their voices down as the villa is catering to family’s with children.

Family friendly high quality place/base

Nice place, good quality, super friendly staff and easy vibes. The Villa was a very special and beautiful place. Good pool, chill area and cozy beds with a spacious and generous bath room, nice interior. The quality of the construction is good. We very much needed that place to recover from a nasty salmonella poisoning. If in bits than better in a superb villa in Bali :) nevertheless this type of villas is a not so nice development within Bali in general. Each plot only has a few m2 of actual green area. Heavy rain has led to some critical situations within the last weeks all over Bali. So I am really hoping that there will be change in the thinking soon, everything has changed so much there in the last 20 years. They could maybe need some more good food in-house order options. Since they focus on family tourism they just have that loud and very lively restaurant close by, which just doesn’t bring up Bali vibes. However, good place in good location, terima kasih

Location, friendly staff, kids play ground and the overall atmosphere of the villas. They were very beautifully presented and decorated.

For a family villa, I expected more built-in safety features. While these were available, they came at a significant extra cost. The stairs leading to the sunken lounge were not safe for young children, and the lack of a pool fence was also a concern. Although a fence could be ordered, it was very expensive. For accommodation marketed as family-friendly, I believe these services should be included at no additional cost, especially when the business model is centred around families and children.

Relaxing, fun and calm

Excellent location, beautiful villa, and great staff. It's a 5 minute drive from the main town which is easy to get to through cars, bikes or golf cart. The attention to detail in making it family friendly was excellent.

Family friendly and we would highly recommend for families!

The properly is fairly new and it’s been well thought out for families. Once the restaurant is complete it would be an even better experience. Has rooms with their own ensuite and keys to each room. There is also a communal toilet with a laundry machine. A lot of baby items that you can request for free (high chair, pool floaties and baby utensils) Staff are really friendly and all wear shirts with their job title which we found really cute. You can message the staff through WhatsApp with questions or requests. Sando is a Japanese sandwich store next door that can be delivered to you in the villa. Very aesthetically pleasing. Aircons are throughout all rooms and common space. Water filter is provided and you can request more water as needed.

We stayed in three bedroom villas and only two rooms are connected to the main living space and the third is accessed via the pool area which we found odd. The wifi is only available in the common living space and very limited in the rooms (this is Uluwatu in general - network is really bad) the surrounding area is full of construction so depending on your villa you could be unlucky as only one of our villas was affected. Unfortunately with the construction nearby we also had construction workers peeping into one of the bathrooms as there are no blinds in the bathrooms so I would suggest the property add blinds for privacy especially with future buildings surrounding the area being higher and the experience of future guests.

The staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and always responsive to anything we needed. The only small downside were the mosquitoes, but apart from that everything was wonderful. We would definitely come back!

Great villa, shame about construction noise (Aug '25)

We stayed in Villa Q, and the villa itself was brilliant. New, modern, clean, and very spacious with great furnishings. The staff were great - very responsive to WhatsApp requests and very helpful at reception. They provided toys and age appropriate books for all the kids making the trip easy and entertaining for them. The playground(s) onsite were awesome too.

We stayed in Villa Q, in early August 2025, and the construction noise straight over the back fence from a neighbouring property was very significant during most of the day making the outdoor areas almost unusable. When you're nap-trapped in the villa with a sleeping toddler, we'd have loved to have been able to relax by the pool; but not here, or rather, not there yet. When all the construction is done, this place will be brilliant though. The other challenge is that the location is sort of away from everything - there's not yet much in terms of food that you can just walk out the door to. You'll be jumping in Gojeks / Grab cars everywhere or getting delivery which is easy enough in the busy Bukit but it does mean you need to know where you're going - no easy going strolls out the door and see what you can find. In a year or so, I'd bet this area will be booming with options but, like above, just not yet... The only minor gripe about the staff was the quoted prices for stuff like transport & motorbike hire etc were just crazy expensive. I'm not sure if they're just not hooked into local connections yet or if they're trying to rip us off.

Family Next Experience.

Resort is excellent. Villa's are really well designed. Probably one of the nicest places I've stayed.

Unfortunately, the resort is surrounded by construction. 8 am to 6 pm, 7 days a week. We couldn't stay at the resort during the day as the noise levels were too high. Faily remote location but this wouldn't put us off as taxis are really easy and cheap.

Beautiful spacious new and modern with a few minor issues being under construction

We had a bit of construction noise our first night til 9:30pm and asked to move which they were able to do- very grateful for this. A few wifi issues on our final night. Location is not super central so we had to get taxis 5-10mins to go most places . I think once construction is finished this will be great but a few teething issues being relatively new.

Great stay in a very modern villa!

Spacious house with a private pool, very new and modern furnishings. Plenty of space and a beautiful private pool. The entrance and reception area are also very modern and inviting. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a large complimentary fruit basket. During a Bali-wide power outage, the hotel was well-prepared and had backup power from a generator.

The Wi-Fi didn’t always work well. It was very quiet overall, no construction noise, just the neighbor's children who were sometimes already screaming in the pool at 6am. It’s a bit further from the center, so taking a scooter or car is necessary.

Fantastic stay. We love the villa and generally this part of Uluwatu

The Villa was wonderful. My kids love it. The we’re a lovely tree house in within the complex and an indoor play ground next door. The place is a bit far from the center but we use grab and it worked very well. They had buggies that goes to the nearby beaches but they were not operational. Once they work, it will be very convenient to use them to go to the beach. They are in the process of constructing a main pool and a restaurant. Once it is done, the place will be even better.

Amazing, would stay again

Enjoyed everything about the villa. The staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming. We were greeted with a fruit bowl that came with an information QR code on the different local fruits. The kitchen bench has a blackboard which the staff utilised upon our arrived to welcome us with our name, which made the experience more personable. The main foyer, property and villas are very modern, clean and comfortable. Daily cleaning service was provided. Loved the details in the room, including the floor to ceiling curtains. Had locks on every door so felt safe, as well as having stuff around all the time. Slight construction noise during the day but not at night. Had music playing at an appropriate level throughout the property which added to the atmosphere. Air cons worked great, sufficient storage and safe box. Had a water filter which allowed for chilled and hot water. Has international PowerPoints next to the bed, which looked like it could fit every power cord. We are from Australia and the bedside ones we could use without an adapter, however we did need to use an adapter in the bathroom. Overall would stay again, staff said they were building a restaurant which I assume accounts for the construction and would love to visit again once this is completed.

Only minor critiques such as the smell of the hand soap wasn’t my favourite and they needed a hand towel in the kitchen area for wet hands and dishes etc. Doing some construction while we were there with the main pathway to our room right next to it. As we would walk past you could smell sewer which was very off putting, however you couldn’t smell it in the villa. Some minor construction sound during the day. Not super close to anything, will need to utilise scooters, however there was a small convenience store a walk up the road. When booking a grab the location pops up on a side road which can make meeting your grab driver quite confusing. You will need to manually adjust the pick up location to the main foyer.

A peaceful stay just out of the heart of Uluwatu. Would stay again!

We had such a lovely stay at Family Nest Villas in Uluwatu! The villa was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed - perfect for relaxing in and out of the villa. The staff were warm and welcoming. They organised scooters within 10 minutes of our arrival and kept luggage safe before we could check in. Kept the rooms tidy & clean every day. Would definitely stay again!

Loved it all! The location was ideal, a close scooter ride to beaches and great cafes, though walking distance to a mini-mart would've been helpful. Not a detractor though.

Sehr komfortable Villa, sehr gute Betten und Kissen. Toller Außenbereich! Der Manager und die Mitarbeiter sind fantastisch, sie tun alles daran das es einem (dem Kind!) gut geht.

Die Küche isr spärlich eingerichtet mit nur 4 Tellern und kleinen Müsli Schalen. Weiteres Geschirr fehlt.
