The location of the villas is not as convenient…no street light for a night walk…better to ride or drive…furthermore, the beautiful Bingin beach is destroyed…very unfortunate

A bit far out of town. Not walking distance ( especially as no pavements). Unfortunately Bingin beach has been destroyed by demolition so this was not accessible. We stayed in villa 7 and it had very steep , big steps at entrance. Not safe for kids, elderly or drunk people.

Spacious, modern villa with friendly staff and great service throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The villa (2) was very spacious with a modern layout and a well-stocked minibar. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, they even arranged for rental scooters to be dropped off at the villa. The garden was more lush and beautifully landscaped than in the photos. Late check-out was no problem at all. Highly recommended!

Our teenager loved having her own private pool house away from the rest of the family. Host Bodi was warm, friendly and very accomodating to any of our needs.

Tiles in the outside dining/lounge space extremely slippery when wet which at times was a bit hazardous with the kids getting out from the pool.

The villa was huge, so spacious and so clean. Easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. The pool was enormous and was so fun.

Only thing I can say was that there was only 1 pillow. Everything else was so good l.

Surfing vibes in Bali

The Villas are really comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the living outdoor/indoor experience. The Villas are clean and everything works perfect. The (large and deep) private pool was the obvious favorite for the kids. Staff is welcoming and very friendly. It is advisable to take a flashlight after watching the sunset at the beach, it can be very dark on the road, even for only a 15 min walk.

When we arrived at the property we had been allocated a villa that had extremely dangerous stairs with no hand rail (about a 2.5 meter drop from gate to the ground) upon entrance to the villa. These were not mentioned in the description or by the host. The host was aware that we were travelling with an 18 month old so the fact that this was not mentioned to us was of great concern. We would have never booked the villa if we had known about these stairs. I also messaged the host prior to booking the accomodation if the rooms that we're obviously next to each other joined on the inside as it was important to us that our baby could have one room & we could be in the other - however this question wasn't answered until the accom was paid in full in which by that time it was too late to cancel & get our money back. In short, I found that the money was the most important thing throughout this process for the host. The most helpful the host was, was arranging an airport transfer.

Superb

Loved our stay at the Villas. Exceptionally clean and comfortable and the hosts made us very welcome. The beds and pillows were the best I have had in Bali. I was a bit surprised at the location as the booking.com map showed the villas closer to the beach but I note this has been fixed. We were hoping the kids could walk around but they ended up travelling around on GoJeks which they loved. The adults all hired scooters and appreciated the quietness of the area. Having Gooseberry restaurant close by was an added bonus. We will be back. Thanks so much.

Nice villa with some things to improve

The villa is nice and comfortable for a family of 5 .

The kitchen is quite uncomfortable in a strange layout. The water in the shower is smelly and the street outside is quite loud with motorcycles passing by all day long.

The small villa living room isnt a great shelter under heavy rain. The bedding is average and no real curtains, not ideal with kids especially when the pool lights up the room till 10pm.

Absolutely brilliant place, loved it here. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something like this is Uluwatu. We had the 3 bed place I think (one of the bedrooms was in the garden locked off), which for a couple was a real treat. Pak is very helpful if you need help with taxis etc.

The Villa was lovely, and the pool was nice. all the Villas are very different, so check which Villa number you are booing and ask for the photos.

Villa 5 backs directly onto a road, and the neighbors have a lot of chickens and roosters that are so loud all day and all night. there are also a lot of slides that howl all through the night. it was unbelievably noisy and impossible to sleep through. none of the other Villas were as close to the road.

A paradise in Bukit

Everything! The villas are brand new and everything is taken care of to the very detail. Amazing pool, comfy rooms and supernice outdoor living room. The only bad thing is you would not want to leave your villa to explore the beaches!

The toilet could be more secluded, there wasn’t a lot of privacy. But just a little detail, would recommend 100%

Loved Uluwatu.

The Villas are very beautiful and the local restaurant Gooseberry is exceptional. Also U-Spa is a fabulous Spa.

Neighborhood dogs barked a lot when we were there. The owners did say they are working on this problem. A shame as we were really after some quiet R&R.
