The Bingin Beach Villas' Private Villas

I love the style of the villa, the pool was beautiful, the rooms and bathrooms were perfect

The water and power died one morning when i woke but was only out for a few hours, and checking in was a drama , no one was there and I wasn’t given the code for the door keys.

The pool and outdoor area and the staff.

Construction noise. Needs better curtains to block out lights.

Big and clean rooms

Kadek & all of the staff on site we're so so lovely & always helpful! The Villas are in a good location.

When we arrived at the property we had been allocated a villa that had extremely dangerous stairs with no hand rail (about a 2.5 meter drop from gate to the ground) upon entrance to the villa. These were not mentioned in the description or by the host. The host was aware that we were travelling with an 18 month old so the fact that this was not mentioned to us was of great concern. We would have never booked the villa if we had known about these stairs. I also messaged the host prior to booking the accomodation if the rooms that we're obviously next to each other joined on the inside as it was important to us that our baby could have one room & we could be in the other - however this question wasn't answered until the accom was paid in full in which by that time it was too late to cancel & get our money back. In short, I found that the money was the most important thing throughout this process for the host. The most helpful the host was, was arranging an airport transfer.
