The property is well maintained and true to the photos online. It's spacious, with lots of great shared open space downstairs, and spacious bedrooms upstairs. The view from the balcony and main bedroom upstairs is epic, and lovely to fall asleep to at night with the curtains open. The decor is great, the sunken lounge concept was awesome (the kids loved it too), and the pool was lovely. The daily cleaning service was thorough and the place always looked immaculate after their visits. The host was so welcoming and helpful. Her services were professional, she was organised, and very responsive. We literally could not have asked for any better a service from the host and the cleaning team. The location of the villa was also great, being walking distance to some lovely cafes and retaurants. It felt like a calm oasis, only a short distance from the main busy strip of Uluwatu. We loved this villa, and was very comfortable and looked after during our stay.

The property is probably better suited to a family with slightly older kids (we have a 4 year old and 2 year old), or other groups. We had to be very watchful of the young kids on the stairs, which was very stylish but not the most practical for a young family.

Towels sometimes missing daily otherwise great. Can really hear the neighbours though too if they’re loud

The staff were outstanding in every way. Communication was excellent before and during the stay. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very quick to respond to messages. Water machine and kitchen facilities were excellent. Bathrooms and bedrooms very good with nice toiletries supplied.

It’s a bit tired. The living area is open to the elements so would be uncomfortable in poor weather. The facilities are tired and need a lot of maintenance. Air conditioning and pool filter are a bit noisy. Pool was very cold.

Amazing villa in the best location. Walking distance to many and cashew tree. Great team and kind. Very simple and very easy
