A huge thank you to our manager, Ari — a person with a truly big heart. First of all, he allowed us to check in 1.5 hours early, which we really appreciated. Secondly, one night our friends accidentally took the villa keys with them, and my friend and I were locked out. I had to wake Ari up around 3–4 AM, and he responded immediately. He arrived within a minute, opened the door for us, and even asked if there was anything else he could help with. Later, our friend left his phone in a taxi, and Ari once again went out of his way to help us solve the situation. As for the villa itself, it has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything was very clean, the location is excellent, and the beach is just a short walk away. I especially loved the large portable speaker that guests could use around the villa while enjoying the pool and outdoor areas. The atmosphere of this place is simply wonderful. In my opinion, this is one of the best places to stay in Uluwatu. Thank you so much for your hospitality — we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, being very flexible with check-in and check-out times, cleaning, etc. The manager has been extremely responsible, responsive (answering a message even at midnight, see problem described next, and arranging a fix first thing the next day) and professional. Problems with the ventilator in the bathroom were fixed well and immediately. The villa itself is wonderful, well maintained, clean and especially the outside area with pool and kitchen is beautiful and super for relaxing. The location in Bingin is also great, close to restaurants, the beach and not far from Uluwatu. We had a fantastic stay there and would have loved to extend. We surely will be back the next time we are in Bali.

The bed on the first floor was not very comfortable, i.e. too soft a mattress (however, there is another double bed on the second floor with a better mattress).

Noisy parties in the next door villas

We dropped off our bags before check in and once our room was ready the host just left our bags in the room with the door unlocked and keys in the door. There is an inside “garden” which attracts lots of insects inside the villa especially ants. Floors have lots of stains on them. Bathroom floor and sink also covered in stains. Bathroom has a really bad smell especially coming from the shower head. Toilet hose was leaking water the entire time. Bed sheets and towels have stains all over them, we asked for the bed sheets to be changed due to the stains and the host couldn’t fix until the next day… he seemed like a nice person but was really disorganised. There was no check in at all to explain anything in the villa. Location is far from the main area it’s about a 15 min scooter ride. The only thing that’s close is the cashew tree cafe. There’s lots of construction around but it wasn’t too noisy. Pillows really uncomfortable.
