Great location, friendly staff, always accomodating. Helped with setting up a birthday and always great suggestions for restaurants around the area. Felt safe and secure and the property was clean. highly recommend!

The inside area which was the main kitchen/ dining was fantastic, particularly because it was air conditioned, spacious and fabulous decor.

We had issues with dangerous loose deck boards around the poor. One staff member put their foot straight through and fell in. The kids found multiple pieces of metal in the bottom of the pool. We actually spoke to silvester about it but nothing happened. We had pieces unfortunately get stuck in our feet. - we think it was from a fine metal/steel scourer. The pool had algae on the sides. - didnt have enough chlorine. We had a night without power in the whole entire villa. No one made contact with us about this, i had to initiate the contact. There was issues with our plumbing system- low water pressure in showers, toilets werent flushing at all. Blocked toilets at time. Lastly, the food service system was not working well. Sometimes we woohkd order breakfast and there was delay between replys, collection, clarification and so the breakfast orders could take up to 1-1.5 hours to receive. So for a restaurant which is close by. And for a basic order this was suprising. The food would occasionally arrive cold. Im sad this was out experience. I think the advice is to let the owner know and pump some money into rectification of this villa. From what ive heard this is alot of money for issues like this. We left early and requested a refund and no one responded from young villa or from bookings.com. Very disappointed. Rochelle and craig sanders
