Beautiful property, very spacious, great staff

The location was a bit hard to get to, it was down a very narrow, long street. It was also about 10mins from the beach by car

Great pool & comfortable bed

Location was a little far out and it was hard to find / get any drivers to find it as well

Beautiful design and interior, very spacious rooms and good size garden.

Location. Roads to access the property are awful and it’s pretty away from everything, other than 1-2 coffee shops close by. Furniture in the property quite outdated, specially dining chairs and outdoor furniture (where we spent the most of the time).

The Villas are beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous and kept in really good condition. The beds were super comfortable which was great as I noticed a lot of our stays were a little on the firmer side. The team was quick and responsive when we needed anything. Honestly Ayu was so knowledgeable and helpful and a great cook & Gabriela was just the sweetest & helpful too. They were so accommodating and patient when we were a little confused. The security were super nice and vigilant, they were like family welcoming us home and looking after us. It’s a wonderful place to stay and a part of that was the team running the villas.

A spare toilet roll for each toilet would be great. I understand they’re trying to be proactive with saving the earth but maybe not where Bali belly is a thing. That would be my only criticism on improving. Oh and maybe mention the deposit required on check in. I had no issue with that but I would have liked a heads up to be prepared before arriving and not have the team waiting.
