The location, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable
I was disappointed on arrival as I felt the photos when I booked did not represent the villa I stayed in, from the photos I also thought there was more than 1 pool. There only pool is overlooked by the restaurant and bar which I wasn't comfortable using.
The bathroom was like a sauna and no aircon in there, also only a huge rain showerhead up high so a nightmare for washing your hair.
The bedroom was still pretty warm even with the aircon on 18 degrees 24/7, often it felt cooler outside. I didn't have this issue at any of my other accommodation in Bali.
No free bottled water to use only to purchase, there was water in a carafe in the fridge but I only trust bottled water which was freely given at the other 2 places I stayed in Bali

Rooms, pool, view, on site spa/gym and staff were all top quality. Special mention to Hendra & Ris who made our stay very personalised and memorable. Would definitely stay again.
Both times we dined in the restaurant service was very slow although when we ordered in room dining it was quite prompt.
