Absolute perfect villa to stay in at Uluwatu!

The villa was so stunning! The pool was the perfect temp, the kitchen had a filtered water system for hot and cold which was great for coffees and cold water! Pool looked so so stunning at night time as well.

The only thing would be how thick the pillows were! But so are all motels/hotels/villas

Slightly out of walking distance to the main road - and this was due to traffic and rain. Admittedly, we don’t use scooters, but needing to book a Grab every time to go everywhere was a very minor inconvenience.

The pool was a nice colour

Please please do not book this place, I have never had such a horrible accommodation experience (particularly in Bali where everything has always been lovely). We booked this place for six nights, but it took only three for us to pack our bags and leave. From the moment we arrived, the room was dirty, the hot water didn’t work, and the staff were so hostile and dismissive that we genuinely felt unsafe and uncomfortable staying there. Any attempt to raise issues, including asking to discuss a refund for the nights we physically could not stay was met with silence or gaslighting. The property simply ghosted us. What makes it worse is that the entire place is an Instagram façade. It looks great in carefully staged photos, but in reality the villa is poorly built, flimsy, and finished with cheap materials. Even the bedding and furnishings feel low‑quality and uncomfortable. You can tell corners were cut everywhere. We left early and checked into the Radisson, where ,in stark contrast, we finally felt safe, respected, and comfortable. Everything worked. Everything was clean. Everything was professional. The difference was unbelievable. If you value safety, comfort, basic functionality, or honest customer service, avoid this place. It may photograph well, but the reality is shoddy construction, hostile staff, unanswered messages, and no support when things go wrong.

A cozy, intimate, and peaceful stay at The Suites by The Young Villas Uluwatu, ideally located and close to everything, with very responsive staff.

Though pricing should remain consistent with what’s included (breakfast not included) and we experienced a minor hot-water issue that was resolved quickly.

A private haven to escape to

Overall, we had a lovely stay at The Suites by Young Villas. The size of the villa was perfect for our needs, and the ambiance and décor were very relaxing, with beautiful rattan finishes and soft cream tones that created a calm, stylish feel. The facilities within the villa were sufficient, the bed was very comfortable, and having a water filter was a great and thoughtful addition. Our private pool was just lovely and a real highlight of the stay. We also took advantage of the in-suite spa packages, which provided the best massage I have had in Bali to date — truly exceptional. The location was also excellent, with nearby cafés, restaurants, and shops all easily walkable.

The outdoor shower did not work and the main shower head was broken resulting in water running out and not spraying down. With a few small maintenance improvements, this would be an even more enjoyable stay, as the villa itself is beautiful and very comfortable.

We had the best stay at The suites. I will definitely be staying here very time I comeback to Uluwatu. It’s in such a good spot in bingin close to shops and restaurants but in a quiet area. Villa was a dream, so clean and aesthetic. Staff were so lovely and also organised motorbike hire straight through the villas.

Great and worth the money

We had a wonderful stay at The Suites by The Young Villas. The place is modern, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool area, the room design, and the overall atmosphere created the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We loved every part of our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

The studio has 2 x air co units which is awesome during the hit days. However one of the air co blows straight onto the bed which makes it hard to regulate your temperature and woke me up frequently. But you can't turn 1 off at a time, they are connected

We chose to eat breakfast out and about.

We thought it very strange that there was no sunbeds supplied to lay on. We were informed that they only supply these to the 2 bedroom villas. I was prepared to pay for 2 until the quote of $140 AU was given for 4 days hire.

Beautiful villa, great location

The Villa was wonderful and modern. In a quiet pocket of a bustling area. Uluwatu is expanding and being developed so we were grateful our Villa was quiet at night. Check-in and out was easy. Would recommend.

Wouldn't come back

Besides the stunning villas, our stay was ruined after a certain event. The staff moved all our belongings to another villa without our permission. We had booked 3 nights in total, originally 2 nights and then added 1 night (3 months prior to our stay). I asked if we could stay in the same villa the whole stay and 3 times they confirmed we could. We returned 1 day to go into our villa and we got told all our things were moved another villa. They had tried to contact us but we didn't have sim cards. I felt extremely upset that all our personal things were touched and moved, even things from the safe. I wish someone had of told us in person earlier that day when we were at the villa that we would have to move. We would have packed up ourselves. The owners communication with us was appalling, telling us that we inconvenienced them.

We had a great stay at The Suites by The Young Villas. The villa was beautiful and tastefully decorated, with clean and modern interiors. The staff were friendly and professional, and everything was very well maintained. We especially appreciated the clean and spacious bathroom, well-equipped kitchen facilities, and the great location close to restaurants and shops.

The only downside was the lack of sunlight in the villa during the day. It felt quite cold and shaded, which made it less comfortable to spend a full day relaxing at the villa.

Beautiful design – very stylish and well thought out. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The private pool was definitely a highlight, and completely private thanks to the high surrounding walls.
