Beautiful design and gorgeous rooms / beds. Modern and clean
The road that was only minutes away is so unsafe and pot holes so ridiculously big that cars were getting stuck and wheels burning out trying to get through the holes and damaged road. It was so dangerous and scary - I had to send staff down to pick up my friends who's cars couldn't get through and got stuck (forced to leave their cars on the other side of the road) and for dinner - 2 gogeks cancelled on me as they couldnt get to the villa this way after multiple attempts.
Very frustrating as I was only three one night and it felt like I spent hours of my time working my way around the road issue / getting in and out.

The staff are amazing, the view and bedrooms are amazing . Love the cats that are at this property :) sweet little kitties
Wasn’t cleaned properly , it’s a bit old and the outside isn’t taken care of. Could do with new sunbeds

Design is nice, but doesn’t allow to asset a good view.
The location is in an isolated area, the surrounding has nothing to do. Very difficult to go to and go out from property. No restaurant, no place to go around hotel. It’s just a place.
