Great location. Only 350m walk to the Main Street action but was nice and quiet. Beds very comfy. Pool nice, sunny courtyard to lay about. Property nice and clean. Cleaner was lovely with a big smile and infectious laugh. Owner Agus easy to message when required.
Not much. It was pretty good. The block next door was being cleared while we were there which disturbed a few spiders which made their way into my bathroom. Dealt with quickly but other than that no problems at all. Pool was in the shade.
Suggestion maybe a small fridge downstairs while sitting around the pool would be convenient.

This villa is a fairytale. All the decoration and spaciousness. Super comfortable villa and amazing beds mattresses the best! and clean. Centrally located and extremely peaceful. We even extended our stay 3 more days.
Fyi There’s construction in the area, but the noise is far far away, and it didn’t bother us at all. I think we didn’t even notice about it. I can definitely recommend and we will be back next time we are in Bali!
