Tanah At Ulus 2025

We were a group of 9, 4 adults and 5 teens. So much space for us all, the pool was magnificent! Huge and nice and deep. And a lovely shaded cabana for reading. Plenty of seating outdoors, with umbrellas. And 2 seperate living rooms indoors. Multiple fridges, 2 X water coolers. Made and his staff were delightful , such lovely friendly people and always with a smile. We went to restaurants nearby and walked into ' town' daily. Only 20 mins walk. Close to Uluwatu temple and the beach. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at Tanah at Ulus. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, Made the staff was amazing and was so accommodating to us. There are great eateries near by but not much in the way of minimarts.

The upstairs rooms have no real blockage from all the road and surrounding venues street noise but it didn’t disturb us too much. The water system smells really bad of sewerage but don’t think there’s much that can be done about that.

This property was amazing. Mardi who assisted us in every way possible and made the experience more pleasurable than we could ever imagine. I couldn’t recommend this villa more we will be back.

Nothing

Lovely pool, great restaurants each side of the property, flirt restaurant and ulu resto were fantastic! Nice open kitchen/ living room, great location!

2x Cameras inside the property!!!! One facing down the hall past the bedrooms and living area and the other facing the pool!!!! The one camera also has audio pick up so could hear conversations! Totally unacceptable especially facing the pool area when women and children would be in there Also, unsure if the property manager lives in the property with his wife, they seemed to be there a lot (early morning and late evening) and had a separate room down the alley which is inside the property area! Could have been an office space but seemed to be in there a lot! Cameras really ruined our experience of the villa, felt as though we were being watched and listened to!
