Nya Uluwatu

the beachfront villa speaks for itself! Breathtaking villa, even better in person than it is online. Staff were lovely and available 24/7 for anything you need. 10/10 for service

One thing I will say (which is out of the staff’s control) - the monkeys were very cheeky in the morning especially. Don’t leave anything outside unattended or doors open, they stole our phone (but we did manage to get it back). However Staff were available everytime we called and they made the monkeys go away (even though they come back continuously throughout the morning).

The staff were extremely kind. We had an early check-in, and since our room wasn't booked for the next day, they let us stay until our flight that evening. That was really kind. Throughout our stay, they were helpful and very friendly. The villa was spacious, the pool very large, just like in the photos, and the bedrooms were too.

The only slight drawback was that the bathroom in the bedroom (not connected to the living room) wasn't sufficiently protected against monkeys. But I imagine that this problem will be resolved.

Nya Uluwatu is genuinely one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, everything felt considered. The villa itself is stunning and completely unique, not the generic luxury you find everywhere else in Bali. It has real character, and photos honestly do not do it justice. The staff were the highlight. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They were warm, attentive and genuinely helpful without ever hovering, and they made the whole stay feel effortless. That kind of service is rare and it made a real difference. I would recommend Nya Uluwatu to anyone visiting Bali, and I will absolutely be booking again on my next trip. Thank you for such a special stay.

la location e' perfetta. l'architettura delle ville notevole

Gli interni sono tenuti male, il bagno si allaga completamente quando fai la doccia. La camera non e' stata pulita e il letto non e' stato rifatto. La giustificazione e' stata che la policy prevede che il cliente debba richiedere le pulizie...peccato che al check in non ci e' stato comunicato. Abbiamo fatto il check out alle 7.30 del mattino consegnando le chiavi a due ragazzi alla reception e alle 13.30 ci e' arrivato un messaggio che eravamo fuori tempo per il check out. Quindi significa che nessuno ha comunicato la nostra uscita e consegna delle chiavi. Io ho pagato un prezzo speciale last minute ma il costo originale non vale i servizi.
