Three Monkeys Villas

Great location. Simple breakfast but really good. Friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous setting- just set back from the main road with lots of shops and restaurants- felt like an oasis of calm .

As the name suggests monkeys are very present around the villas- and they make the most of a dip in the pool. We were not happy to use the pool after knowing monkeys have been in there and it was not clear what actions are taken to ensure the pool is sufficiently treated to ensure there is no risk of anything being spread from the monkeys.

Good location and nice pool area

Rooms 2 and 3 are side by side with just a wooden sliding door separating them. You can hear a cough or sniff through the door at night so if you have young people or kids on the other side you will cop a lot of noise and it will keep you up or wake you up.

Loved the location, was so close to the main road but also felt away from it and private. Had a small fridge and the staff were lovely, they would take your breakfast order each morning and serve it to you at your room!

Only comment would be our bed was a bit hard to sleep on

Swimming pool was quite fine.

Looked different compared to the photos, it was smaller than it looked. Breakfasts are below mediocrity, we found egg shell in an omelette. Just soap under the shower, not even a shampoo. Missing towels for couple of hours as they had some problems with them and when we got back to the room we couldn’t even tak a shower as there was nothing to use. Looking at the price I definitely expected more compared to other hotels we stayed in.
